This was the best new-car purchasing experience I"ve ever had. He listened intently to every comment I made about my needs, and never failed to followup on the many comments I made or questions I had. The test drive we took together was very helpful and during that test drive he did an amazing job of highlighting and explaining features of the car that would be important and helpful to me. It was so easy to listen to him and that made it easier for me to understand the high-tech features of the car, all of which were new to me. He is an excellent teacher in that respect. I had done my research before walking into the dealership, but it was his helpful input and the way he explained information about the features of the various cars that helped me make a final decision. I appreciated the respect and kindness he demonstrated throughout the many hours we spent together that day. His enthusiasm and energy hit just the right notes. It was a thoroughly delightful - and fun - experience working with him! The next time I purchase a car, I will definitely want to work with Don Bonura. More
I had found a 2006 Nissan Murano through ebay.com. Finally he came back with a offer on my trade-in and I ask him to get me a higher offer and here he goes again, no answer back from him until two days later, but that was with me sending a 2nd e-mail to him again and a e-mail directly to the store. I even had told him through e-mail that I plan to be at his dealer on the weekend and to give me enough time so I can plan my weekend ahead of time. But his Eddie Cushing seems like he does not want to sell a vehicle. Thanks for your last e-mail offering me if I have any interest in any other vehicle on your website, but no thanks, I am done with your dealership, especially when I'm out of state and I'm willing to make the drive and you won't want to work with, it's pretty easy to loose a customer. Purchased a Lexus IS-350 thinking I had finally ready to experience the 'great lexus'. Having owned acura, audi, infiniti, and others I couldn't wait. Now I wish I had never heard of Lexus. Came to this dealership wanting to see the new LS430 while comparing it to the MB S430. The salesman was absolute professional. He looked all over the lot for one with the Ultra package. When he noticed that the only one they had was just sold, he directed us to one with the next package down. Before even entering the car he told us about all of the differences that Ultra had but explained that the drive would be comparable. He took us on a long drive and a parking lot where we could test out the front and rear sensors and exchange drivers.<br><br>That was the best dealership experience I've ever had. More
