Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta responded

This customer bought a Lexus from our dealership. Gave him great and excellent service over a 5 month period while he did a special order with us. Then he added $14500 of aftermarket performance equipment, and bought the car. After a few days of driving in the snow, he decided he did not like how the car drove (even though it was exactly to his exact specifications that he had special ordered for himself). He has been on an internet public relations campaign against our dealership, just because we could not just take the car back and refund his money. With all of the accessories he requested and added, there was no way to do this, of course. We are a very reputable dealer and give great service to every customer, including this one. But just because he does not like his car, he wants to rant to everyone about it.
