I contacted Chip via phone and e-mail describing the 2010 RX 350 my wife desired. Hennessy Lexus did not have the exact automobile so Chip found the car we wanted and had it delivered the next day. The sales price was fair and some extras were provided at no cost. After the sale, Chip spent several hours going over all the features of our new RX 350 late into the night. Chip is an outstanding salesman with the highest integrity. My second contact was with Jay Burnett, Hennessy’s New Car Sales Manager, who is a true professional. Jay personally expedited all the paperwork, helped get a great trade in value on our Mercedes and made buying a new car painless. Anytime I have a question or special request, Jay is always willing to help. Ray Pastoric, my Hennessy Service Consultant, always goes the extra mile in servicing our RX 350. He makes sure our car is ready when promised and provides a loaner car when needed. Everyone at Hennessy Lexus has made my wife and I feel special and the whole buying and service process a pleasure. I had come in previously to Hennessy to test drive and get more information on the Lexus IS. First visit the salesman simply took me around the block and didn't really say much about the car. I'm glad I came back. He told me everything I needed to know,with details. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the features of the navigation system, and how you can keep track of when you'll need your next service. He also let me open her up on the highway, so I could get a good feel of the car(most of my driving is highway). Peter was very friendly, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. This is the kind of experience I like to have when visiting a dealership, and when I'm ready to buy my Lexus IS(I have decided that is the car I want), I'll be back to see Peter Cassano. More
