He answered all of my questions and demonstrated a professional and friendly manner online even before I met him. A few days later I decided to visit the dealership for the first time and meet with Chip. It was such an enjoyable and hassle free experience that I purchased a new car that very same day! I had absolutely no intentions of buying a car that day when I left home, and I certainly did not expect the attention, sincerity and concern from a sales consultant whom I'd just met. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Hennessy Lexus with Chip and would do it all over again if I had to. More than a month later after my purchase, Chip has continued to keep in touch making sure my new vehicle is meeting my expectations. I couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work! More

I had come in previously to Hennessy to test drive and get more information on the Lexus IS. First visit the salesman simply took me around the block and didn't really say much about the car. I'm glad I came back. He told me everything I needed to know,with details. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of the features of the navigation system, and how you can keep track of when you'll need your next service. He also let me open her up on the highway, so I could get a good feel of the car(most of my driving is highway). Peter was very friendly, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. This is the kind of experience I like to have when visiting a dealership, and when I'm ready to buy my Lexus IS(I have decided that is the car I want), I'll be back to see Peter Cassano. More
This was the best new-car purchasing experience I"ve ever had. Don Bonura spent a great deal of time with me, discussing at length the various cars and related options that I was considering for a new ever had. He listened intently to every comment I made about my needs, and never failed to followup on the many comments I made or questions I had. The test drive we took together was very helpful and during that test drive he did an amazing job of highlighting and explaining features of the car that would be important and helpful to me. It was so easy to listen to him and that made it easier for me to understand the high-tech features of the car, all of which were new to me. He is an excellent teacher in that respect. I had done my research before walking into the dealership, but it was his helpful input and the way he explained information about the features of the various cars that helped me make a final decision. I appreciated the respect and kindness he demonstrated throughout the many hours we spent together that day. His enthusiasm and energy hit just the right notes. It was a thoroughly delightful - and fun - experience working with him! The next time I purchase a car, I will definitely want to work with Don Bonura. More
I had found a 2006 Nissan Murano through ebay.com. Finally he came back with a offer on my trade-in and I ask him to get me a higher offer and here he goes again, no answer back from him until two days later, but that was with me sending a 2nd e-mail to him again and a e-mail directly to the store. I even had told him through e-mail that I plan to be at his dealer on the weekend and to give me enough time so I can plan my weekend ahead of time. But his Eddie Cushing seems like he does not want to sell a vehicle. Thanks for your last e-mail offering me if I have any interest in any other vehicle on your website, but no thanks, I am done with your dealership, especially when I'm out of state and I'm willing to make the drive and you won't want to work with, it's pretty easy to loose a customer. Purchased a Lexus IS-350 thinking I had finally ready to experience the 'great lexus'. Having owned acura, audi, infiniti, and others I couldn't wait. Now I wish I had never heard of Lexus. It drives like a wounded Elephant, scheduled for repair within 5 days of purchase. The dealer response was to invite me to 'work a deal' to buy back my previous car (trade-in). I wouldn't recommend this dealer or Lexus to my worst enemy. More
