Let's face it...buying a car for most is not fun. I worked w/ Chip (and another dealer) for about a month just through email. The other dealer called me frequently but Chip made it a point not to. I purchased my RX 350 a little over a week ago. The entire experience was great so I give it 5s across the board ! I went in on a Tuesday or Wednesday to do a test drive. I was immediately greeted at reception and hardly had to wait two minutes before my salesman, Lou Melikian, came out to show me one of the showroom RX350s. He did an excellent job going over all the features before and during my test drive. He was great at selling the vehicle without being pushy. Before I went in that day, I had test driven a couple of other cars and originally had plans to leave Lexus and go check out some others. BUT, I ended up leaving knowing that I didn't need to test drive anything else. I was positive the RX 350 was the car I wanted! Over the next couple of days I worked with Lou on pricing. I admit that I was a little worried about this part of it, but it went really smoothly. So, that Friday, once the final price was settled, I went in to purchase. I loved that I got a tour of the service center and met my service rep. Such great customer service! I met with Angel Mercado for the financing part of the purchase. I expected this to take forever. I was wrong- it went so smoothly and hardly took any time. Next Lou took me out to my car. He went over all the bells and whistles and answered all my questions. He was very thorough. Once that was done, I felt completely ready to drive the car off the lot. Needless to say, my experience with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta was wonderful! When you go, ask for Lou! More
