We origninally heard from Chip by internet response to our e-mail. He was busy when we arrived but another sales person took over, was very friendly and helpful, linked us back to Chip and the sale went our e-mail. This is is the third car I have bought or leased from Don Bonura at Hennessy Lexus. Don is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough without (most importantly) being overbearing or obnoxious.
