We initially began our search for a new Lexus in Orlando where we had purchased our first Lexus, on our second visit to their dealership to see the 2012 RX we FINALY went inside and requested a salesman to assist with a test drive. That being said, we really did not feel as if our business mattered and had decided that perhaps we were looking in the wrong direction. We were going to Georgia on vacation and my husband thought we should give the dealership in Atlanta a try. WOW! What a difference! Shiva greeted us in a very friendly professional manner, making us feel as though our satisfaction really mattered to him and the dealership. We explained we were on vacation and short for time but interested in the 2012 RX350. Shiva worked with us both in person and via email so that we were quickly on our way to enjoy our vacation in our new Lexus. This sales man is the best we have ever had to deal with! Chip was calm, not pushy transparent and very honest. We felt through the whole process he was working with us. He took his time, always followed up, understood our needs and was mindful of our budget. We brought our children who loved him he put then up in a playroom with dvd's, video games, snacks and refreshments free. We could then relax and work through our options. We have since bought another car from him. We have also sent a friend to purchase a car who rated his experience highly! As long as Chip is there we will remain loyal with every car purchase to him. We came from the UK so the process for finance was complicated but they worked through it investing time and energy on our behalf. For women he is not pushy, respectful and pleasant. Having lived in five different states, our family has purchased SUV's, luxury sedans and sports cars from dealerships of nearly every major automobile manufacturer. While we are admittedly Lexus lovers, we've purchased BMWs, Corvettes, Acuras, Mercedes and Cadillacs as well. When you buy as often as we do, it's imperative to negotiate a fair market price. Sometimes, we are able to buy locally. More often than not, however, we have to expand our search. We've purchased over a dozen vehicles from dealers we never visited at their store. We do our research, then contact dealers who have what we're looking to buy. That's when you'll discover the good, bad or indifferent. Some dealerships post products on websites with varying agendas. At Hennessy Lexus they actually have the products they list. The best part - they also REALLY try to make a deal work! No gimmicks, false promises or pressure. Ken Haynes, our representative, was the consummate professional. When you buy over the internet, surprises are often the biggest deal breaker. Ken made sure none of that happened. When the car was delivered, the paperwork was correct AND the ES350 was showroom fresh!! Buying over the internet from someone you don't know can be a scary experience. We worked with Chip thru the internet sales department. He responded promptly to all my questions and comments. The drive-out price and financing were set after just a couple of emails and agreed upon. When it came time to pick up the car, the paperwork was ready and waiting for us. No surprises. Exactly as had been agreed upon. All of the folks we met at the dealership were courteous and professional. I would certainly buy another car thru Chip and this dealership. This was a positive experience and I greatly appreciate the level of service Chip has offered before and after the sale (even with my dumb questions). More
