I used USAA Buying Service to locate dealers who were willing to give special consideration to Military and Retired Military families. USAA directed me to two dealerships, one of which was Hennessy. I received a very prompt email and follow-up call. Chip Whatley quickly sent a list of cars to consider, and after I identified the one I was interested in, gave me a very good price quote. He handled everything via email and telephone so that I only had to make the 144 mile drive to Atlanta one time to get my car. I can't imagine any better, more accommodating service. (And yes, there was a much closer Lexus dealer who was rather unbending in price.) More
Amazing experience. We had a somewhat unusual situation in that we were looking for two similar vehicles to be purchased at the same time; however, one had to be driven by a family member to a different st in that we were looking for two similar vehicles to be purchased at the same time; however, one had to be driven by a family member to a different state, while the second one needed to be picked up in a week. Additionally, we weren't anticipating finding exactly what we wanted on this trip to the dealership, so we were not even able to pay the day of the purchase. All of these problems aside, Chip was able to locate two identical vehicles with the exact specifications we were wanting. One was already at his dealership and another was able to be delivered in the time frame we needed to get it picked up (the next day actually). Additionally, he and the entire dealership were incredibly helpful and accommodating in working with us to purchase the vehicle, even though we were not able to physically pay for the cars that day. After lots of paperwork and background/credit checks, we were able to drive the first vehicle off the lot with no hassle whatsoever. Chip put a lot of faith in us and treated us like valued customers, and as such, we really enjoyed doing business with him and made it our number one priority to get all the necessary paperwork and funds back to the dealership in a timely manner. Additionally, he has followed up with (unobtrusive) e-mails, just checking up on us and making sure we are satisfied with our purchase and that we don't have any additional questions or problems with the vehicles. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be using Hennessy Lexus in the future should we decide to stay with Lexus for our next vehicle. More
I had a few bad experiences at the dealership working with some of the sales managers. However, I guess the third time is a charm. Chip was the third manager assigned to me and he was spot on. If I had not had the challenges that I experienced with the other two sales managers and my experience was only with Chip, I would have been able to give all 5's. More
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Don Bonura exceeded my expectation and made it effortless. I had bad eperience with another lexus dealership and was almost turned off from Lexus, but I'm glad that after researching online, I read great reviews on this dealership and the go to person is Don Bonura. He's extremely professional, courteous, respects your time and condition(I was very pregnant with 2 toddlers under 3). He's not like other sales people that try to take advantage of you or sell you what you don't need. He and his manager took the trouble to find in the area the interior and exterior color I wanted. They went over and beyond my expectations. We settled on a great price, and my husband and I are happy owners of a lexus 460GX. We hope to return in future to this dealership and buy our next lexus :) More

In spite of being biased toward Acura, we were so impressed with the friendliness, the knowledge, and profession demeanor, we looked hard at the Lexus. They had a 2009 ES 350 that exactly fit our need. They made us a good offer and were very accommodating to add a couple of add-on's that we wanted. So now we own a Lexus. John Kerr More

Absolutely no pressure. Very friendly staff. They do a great job of actually getting to know you as a person rather than treating you just as a customer. Don Bonura was absolutely outstanding to work with on the purchase of our new Lexus. He listened to what we wanted, explained various options thoroughly, offered other incentives that help me make my decisio purchase of our new Lexus. I had work with Don at a previous job and I knew Don had high inter-work standards and trust his integrity and character. He is a huge asset to Lexus and Hennessey. Don does an excellent "drive out" tutorial on the new cars and is always available for any follow up questions. My daughter also bought a used Lexus for Don and he was very professional and made sure she got an excellent car for the money. The Hennessy Lexus dealership is beautiful and a pleasant dealership to visit. More
Chip made the buying experience very easy without the typical high-pressure techniques that I've experienced at other dealerships. Chip offered a very fair price in his initial email reply to my inventory inquiry, whereas a competing dealership offered a much higher price for an identical vehicle. After arriving for my test drive and observing that I may be trading a competitor's car, Chip let me know there was an additional Lexus promotional discount he could use on top of his already great price. Chip answered all of my questions and when he didn't know an answer, he said he would get back to me, rather than making up an answer. The only point during the process where I felt typical dealer pressure was in dealing with the finance group where they really pushed the extended warranty and played up the potential for costly electrical failures (I'm buying a Lexus, not a Chrysler). I understand that the finance person likely receives compensation for up-selling such coverage, but after I say "no" I don't want to be questioned on my motives nor made to feel as if the car is going to fall apart without the coverage. Despite my 40% down payment and repeated statements that I felt comfortable paying for repairs outside of the warranty period, the finance person kept acting as-if cost was my reason for declining additional coverage. Chip explained later that coverage can be purchased any time during the initial factory warranty period if desired; this was never brought up in finance. Overall I had a great experience shopping at Hennessy and I would highly recommend Chip. However, if you will be financing your purchase, keep in mind you will have to put up with some pressure and mind tricks. More

After comparing prices and Dealers I went back to Don and the Peachtree Ind store of Hennesy. Don went over all aspects of driving the RX350 with my wife and I. I look forward to enjoying the new RX350. More
