Don was a class beyond exceptional for being professional, thorough, friendly, helpful, great at following up and seeing that I got the kind of car that I was looking for. Everything about the car was explained in great detail and he took a great deal of time to show me all the features the car had after I bought it. He also showed me my Lexus book and where to find all the information I might possibly need. He took us to Angel who explained precisely what warranties and services were available to us and he even drew us a graph explaining this in great detail. Don also introduced us to the service manager,Michael Williams. This is my 3rd Lexus and I will definitely recommend your dealership along with Don. He was the ultimate professional in answering my questions and negotiating a final lease of a 2013 Lexus RX 350. This is my first Lexus. I have had multiple luxury vehicles and this sales experience far exceeds anything I've experienced at BMW, Mercedes or Infiniti. Chip Whatley sets the example for a salesman should be.
