I purchased a LS 500 Saturday 8th, 2023 from this dealership, and when I got home a salesman from the local Lexus dealership where I live pointed out that the car didn't have the vapor chrome rims th dealership, and when I got home a salesman from the local Lexus dealership where I live pointed out that the car didn't have the vapor chrome rims that we advertised on the website as part of the options included on the car. I've called the used car sales manager, Craig, four 4 times and left two voicemails to no avail. When I brought up the issue with the salesperson, Monday (4/10/2023) following the purchase, who sold me the car, she was attentive and concerned at first, but after I provided her pictures showing that my rims were, in fact, not the vapor chrome they advertised, but painted rims, she stopped returning my communications. To be fair, however, a couple of days after my last correspondence, she did text, "I apologize for the late response, I'm currently out of town. A manager will be reaching out to you, if one has not done so yet". To date, no one from management has returned my call nor shown any concern, whatsoever. My experience with this dealership is not synonymous with the Lexus brand. I'm extremely dissatisfied and very upset at this point. More

Not only did their unprofessional behavior leave me feeling frustrated and disappointed, but they also initiated three inquiries into my credit report for a car that had already been sold. Despite my efforts to correct this matter, their response was unacceptable and lacked professionalism. In summary, my experience with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta was a letdown, and I would not recommend their dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
