Working with Don was a great experience. We connect through Hennessy's online lease specials, and Don returned my inquiry about models and packages covered with the specials. Don was patient while I test drove different models and looked at several exterior and interior options. When my wife and I arrived to make a final decision, Don had my two final choices pulled inside because it was dark and cold that evening. When I wanted to look at another exterior color, he was quick to find the car and gave me all the time to make my decision. Don never pressured me into a decision, and allowed me to ask any and all questions during our time together. Again, overall an great experience. More

I received an email from Hennessey advising of leasing specials available thru dealership. Mind you, I was definitely not in the market to buy anything but their advertised specials were totally 'off the specials available thru dealership. Mind you, I was definitely not in the market to buy anything but their advertised specials were totally 'off the charts'. The offer to lease a 2013 GS 350 for $399 with $3999 down was a little hard to believe. I called my local lexus dealer and asked them if they could match the deal @ Hennessy. The salesman laughed and commented that they can't sell me a GS 350 for that and swore it was going to be some kinda bait and switch. I told him that this was what they were advertising on their website and that I did not believe a Lexus dealer would try to pull a stunt like that. I called Henessey on Saturday around 4:00. Spoke with Chip. Told him what I was looking for. About 30 minutes later, Chip called back and advised that dealer had a higher priced car in my color selection that they would let me have at the special lease price. He told me that he would put a sold sign on it rite now, email me a list of items I needed to bring to the dealership on Monday to sign off on deal. This car was for my wife.... Went to the dealer after work on Monday to close the deal. Everything was just as adverised...even better. The car was outstanding, the service was outstanding. Everyone we met and talked with that day was bending over backwards to make sure that this was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. They totally succeeded! The whole process took less that two hours. Now that's what I really call outstanding service. The car was left overnite so that dealer could install pinstripe. The next day we picked the car up and we've been happy happy ever since. Thank you Hennessey Lexus for your standard of excellence. More
I lived in Atlanta years ago while attending school there. Hennessey serviced my ES at that time and I was always pleased with the service that I received there. Now, I live approximately 200 miles fro there. Hennessey serviced my ES at that time and I was always pleased with the service that I received there. Now, I live approximately 200 miles from the dealership. Chip answered an email inquiry about an ISC that I was interested in and we began corresponding about the new car I wanted. After many emails and phone calls, we found the car I wanted and made a deal. Chip was always courteous, never rushed my decision, but was always prompt to respond to me. I drove down, all the paperwork was in order, the car was perfect, Chip explained the new features, and I left in my new car. The entire process was so easy. I hope to work with Chip again in the future and would certainly recommend him and the dealership to anyone. More

My description of sales person King Hardy would be totally different Behind his smile is a true fake person that would lie/do anything in order to get the deal done (would even misrepresent the car) Most important would be that any questions you have his answer was "Oh I don't know anything about this car, U know it better since you want to buy it" That is a really unproffesional way & this guy should not represent a dealership with such reputation! Since he earn my trust at the 1st purchase I just went ahead and believed everything he told me about the car It turned out that car heater wasn't working, windshield sprayer pump wasn't working and 3 weeks later started having transmission problems...even he told me that car was inspected by their licensed mechanic and it's fully functional without issues. Less than 24h after purchase when car started showing all kind of issues I contacted him trying to take care of problem in a polite way He refused to help telling me that is not his problem and also told me the stupidest sentence I ever hear from a supposably "professional sales person" His words were the following "You was the one who contacted us and wanted to buy this car - Of course I was the one, because the car was listed on eBay for sale with the nicest description ever ( King must have forgot to include in the description all the issues this car had/has) In my opinion a dealership with such reputation should not treat customers this way...especially returning customers They must have forgot that life doesn't end after one deal He probably tough, stupid students! By treating us in a better way could have been many more purchases down the road from Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta Usually we upgrade to a different car every 2-3 years so that would be around 60-70 cars in our life time Thinking in a long term this dealership lost a lot more by not taking care of our issue caused by their sales person King Hardy! The dealership is gorgeous, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and the entire operation is exactly what you would expect behind the Lexus nameplate. We worked with Chip Whatley, who had been recommended to me by a friend, and who was terrific. Chip followed up with me, set and kept appointments, and had an incredibly professional approach to the process. There is no doubt I will go back to Chip when we need another car. More
