Chip always answered any questions (trust me I had a lot) that I had about the ES350. He always returned my phone call and email notes. During the time I was trying to buy a car, I became ill. Chip held the car that I wanted to purchase for me and was very patient during my recovery. Chip knew I had a small child and he often asked how she was doing. Chip's customer friendly attitude showed he truly cared for his customers and he was not just trying to make a sale but gain a new family member at Hennessy. Thirteen years ago I bought an RX300 from this dealership. Last week, after 198,00 wonderful miles, I sold it to my 16-year-old neighbor. I knew I wanted another RX; so I contacted four dealership dealership. Last week, after 198,00 wonderful miles, I sold it to my 16-year-old neighbor. I knew I wanted another RX; so I contacted four dealerships via the internet. Three of the four ignored my request to communicate only by e-mail and called me. Only one, Chip Whatley at Hennessy Lexus Atlanta, communicated only by e-mail and answered all my questions about options and prices. We visited one dealership before heading to Hennessy and meeting with Chip. Not only was he able to beat the best price of the other dealership by over $500, but he was also a total pleasure to work with: personable without "glad handing"; smart; totally knowlegeable about the vehicle; and, most important, not stressful to deal with. When we went back to pick up the car, he spent over 1 1/2 hours with me, in the car, parked in the lot, going over all the technology, all the settings, all the comforts and how to use them. It was top quality "staff development." He has forever changed my view of the car-buying experience. I recommend Hennessy Lexus Atlanta and Chip Whatley enthusiastically and without reservation. More

I only wish I had come to this dealership FIRST! I purchased a new 2013 Lexus RX 250 on Feb. 5th. Don Bonura truly EXCEEDED my expectations. There was no "game playing" at this dealership, which is how car buying SHOULD be. I was in-and-out and 100% satisfied with my experience. Chip Whatley was phenominal to work with and I love my new car! I began the process unsure of what vehicle I wanted. I visited several dealerships in the area where I was treated poorly and felt that bein new car! I began the process unsure of what vehicle I wanted. I visited several dealerships in the area where I was treated poorly and felt that being a single mother put a giant target on my forehead. From the beginning, Chip understood that my time was precious and did everything he could to make the process as efficient and smooth as possible. It is because of Chip that I decided on buying a Lexus. Having done my research on what others were paying for their RX's, I know I got a great deal and felt that Chip was a huge advocate for me during negotiations. In the coming years I will absolutely return to Chip at Hennessy for any car purchases. More
