I just bought my second RX350 from Chip Whatley. He is simply the BEST. He listened to my needs, concerns and pricing issues. He invested several hours of his time to ensure I understood the new feature simply the BEST. He listened to my needs, concerns and pricing issues. He quickly gets to the bottom line of price - no haggling needed! And best of all, he is a genuinely nice guy. Kudos for Chip! More

I was looking forward to a good experience at Hennessy Lexus. I had an appointment at 3pm and when I showed up I was informed the person I had the appointment with (Chip) was unavailable. So I was willing to work with another sales person available at the time. Eric introduced himself and we went for a test drive. I have never met someone less interested in letting me know why I should consider lexus or Hennessy. Intact he made me so uncomfortable... Letting me know that these would be "expensive"... Code for "not for people like you". I visited many dealerships before and never felt more judged. I am East Indian.. And I shared this with a few others... Who to my surprise felt the same way. After a short drive... I had enquirer if there are any 2013 models left. The first thing Eric mentioned in response was he had another appointment and he cannot be tied down. I really felt like I should have left. But I just hung around in the lobby till he came back and let me know there were 2 left. I was so disappointed and actually will not consider buying at Lexus or at Hennessy. I have never written opinions on any website. But I thought I will be doing a dis service if I did not register my experience. I chose to go to Hennessy because they have rave reviews. But my experience was nothing short of horrible. Beware! Had to talk about the experience at Hennessy Lexus with Don Bonura. Love new cars and hate buying them, guess we've all been there. Met Don after an internet request and tested the new IS 350 F Sport. Don Bonura. Love new cars and hate buying them, guess we've all been there. Met Don after an internet request and tested the new IS 350 F Sport. That car is amazing and the experience with Don was as well. Test dive was more the the "roll it around the block" experience I've had before and Don knew the answer to every question. Not a bit of pressure, just info and impartial advice. So, went in not knowing if I wanted to do this and worked up to the F Sport. Although a new model and not staring at you like a thousand Camry's on the lot (you know, with the balloons hanging from the hoods) Don found the perfect car the same day coming in to port. Got it a week later and was very impressed with the delivery experience. Price was fair, trade in price was great, service awesome and the car is incredible. Never had such an uneventful dealer experience, and that's saying something. Go to Hennessy and ask for Don, I'm going to when I get tired of the F Sport. Sorry Don, see you in about 10 years. After seeing the car at my local dealership in Birmingham, Alabama, I called around to see pricing from competitors. Of all the dealerships, Atlanta not only offered the best price, but the absolu Birmingham, Alabama, I called around to see pricing from competitors. Of all the dealerships, Atlanta not only offered the best price, but the absolute best service. They were able to get the EXACT car I wanted without adding to the cost and truly made me feel like I should get the exact Lexus that I wanted. This dealership lives up to the Lexus standard. They were able to get my car on site within two days of the request. Chip worked great with my husband and I who are in professional school to get the Lexus student offers. Upon arrival, the car was waiting in the showroom ready to go. He walked us through the vehicle and never made us feel rushed. He introduced us to Lexus mechanics so that we could talk through the specs of the new hybrid we were getting. The paperwork was ready when we arrived and we left the dealership in just a short hour or two from when we arrived. Not only did they give me confidence in the Lexus brand, but I feel confident that we will buy from Chip in the future. Atlanta was more than worth the drive for us. More
