To my surprise, when I was ready to make a car purchase decision in Nov/Dec 2013, I went back to Hennessey and he remembered absolutely everything about our previous conversation and so with no waste of time, we took it from there. I really had to put Don to work because the particular color and final vehicle choice had to be shipped into Atlanta from an out of state dealer. Don kept in touch with me throughout the whole transaction process - all worked well with an early delivery and no shipping charges! However, thanks to Chip Whatley (sales) and Mike Hudgens (financing), this second experience was phenomenal! Both gentlemen are very personable, committed to both the product and customer satisfaction, and they were both simply a joy to speak with. Chip received our notice from the on-set with his quick responses to my wife's on-line inquiries, regardless what time of day she sent them. He was very thorough in his responses, and his estimates up front relative to what he could do for us in purchasing a RX350 and in assessing our trade-in value on our CT200h were pretty much spot-on. He spent significant time answering all of our questions and going over features of the automobile with my wife (primary driver). He is the consummate professional who makes you feel like you're the only customer that matters (although I know he treats everyone similarly). Mike Hudgens was very helpful in explaining the financing, the warranties available, and what each option provides. He certainly came across as looking out for our best interests. Although we ended up spending almost the entire afternoon right up to closing, we did not feel pressured and all that time spent with these gentlemen was well worth it and very much appreciated. I will recommend Hennessy Lexus to everyone here in Middle Georgia, and will refer Chip and Mike by name. Thanks for a great car, and thanks for the great experience in selecting and buying it. I've got one word to describe Chip, AWESOME!!! My wife had gone through a long process to decide what vehicle she wanted. After deciding on the RX350, and what essential options she wanted, I contacted several dealers we had met and Chip online. Chip was very responsive. He helped locate a color-interior combination that was hard to find. I was actually told by two other dealers that there was not one of that combination within 500 miles. Chip quickly answered all our questions, and got right to fair pricing. All negotiations were handled quickly via email. Everything was complete and ready to go when we arrived on purchase day. Chip even came in on his day off to complete our deal the day before sale, and picked us up a short distance from dealer at the location we had sold her old car. To summarize: Chip was very efficient, made the whole process smooth, and was the best auto buying experience I've ever had!! Cant wait to purchase my next Lexus from Chip. More

I spent a total of two hours deciding on a car, an hour with the actual process, and then two hours with Chip showing me all of the features of my new car. He LISTENED and advised me on what fit my objectives the best. I look forward to buying my 5th Lexus from him in four years. More
Chip Whatley was terrific to work with on my IS 350. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer my questions, he anticipated and addressed them in advance. Buying a car could easily be an uncomfortable experience, but Chip kept things relaxed and fun. I enjoyed my time spent talking with him and getting to know him. As soon as we got in the car for a test drive, we connected my iPhone via Bluetooth. Martin Garrix's song "Animals" started thumping. We looked at each other, both legitimately surprised by the quality of the music. I think he would say he knew the deal was done then. Finally, he went above and beyond the call of duty by driving my old car back to my house when I picked up my new Lexus. I highly recommend Chip! More

The process of leasing the car was easy and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I came in to pick up the car. They took the time to go over all the features of new car so I was very comfortable pulling it off the lot. Overall I was very happy and I will be back when it is time to lease my next vehicle. More

His assistant Sherry had Steve Burrows, Sales Manager call me, and after discussing the situation, agreed that I should meet with Don Bonura. Don arranged to have the vehicle I was interested in, a Black 2014 Lexus ES 300h brought in from your sister dealership in Gwinnett. We spent four hours together. He took his time with me, taught me the features of the vehicle, took me on an extended test drive, and then we undertook the negotiation process. I never got a chance to show the research and printouts from Consumer Reports and my own calculations, as Don and Steve met and gave me a better bottom-line price on the vehicle than I was anticipating, within a few hundred dollars of my goal. Unfortunately, the assessment of my trade, my beloved 1998 Jaguar XJ8L (bought from Hennessy Jaguar and lovingly cared for all these years), wasn't as smooth, but after much head-scratching and many calls, we agreed on a price. Really the only unpleasant part for me as a buyer was feeling like the $589 Dealer Services Fee and $96 Nitro Fill of the tires weren't disclosed in the negotiations, nor were they included in the price I was given. Had the bottom line of the deal not still been within my comfort range, I would have balked. This was the only part of the process that felt dishonest and uncomfortable. Sherry, Steve, Don, and Mike could not have been better. Don in particular was patient, helpful, totally focused on me as a buyer for an extended period, and has followed up with me subsequent to the sale. He and I have an appointment next week to fully orient me to the car, and to facilitate a special request I have to remove some badging. I highly recommend Don and have now had two extremely positive experiences with Hennessy across brands. I miss my Jaguar, but I already love my Lexus and am getting the advertised 39mpg on my first tank of gas. If you are considering a Lexus you should contact Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta, and in particular ask for Don Bonura. More

From the Sales consultant to the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager, everyone was very straight forward and patient while we decided between numerous vehicles. We never felt as if we were being sold a vehicle, we felt liked we were consulted while we shopped for a vehicle. They did not want to just sell us a vehicle, they were very concerned with us making the right purchase from a vehicle and price standpoint. I highly recommend Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta to anyone in the market for a new or used Lexus, you will not be disappointed. More
