Very unsatisfied with our experience at Hennessy Lexus Drove out to Hennessy Lexus to look at a car we were interested in purchasing. We were taken to the car and we really liked it, but the back door lock Drove out to Hennessy Lexus to look at a car we were interested in purchasing. We were taken to the car and we really liked it, but the back door lock was broken and you couldn't open the door from the outside of the automobile. You had to climb inside the car and open it from the inside. We were told by the sales person that he would check and see if the dealership would repair the door for us so that we could make the purchase and that he would call us back the following day. He did call back and we were told that his manager told him the vehicle will be sold with the broken door. We weren't even given the price it would take to repair the door and that is very disappointing because we might have been able to pay for the repair and still make the purchase. We feel that were were not treated fairly and that Hennessy owes us an apology and some sort of restitution for our time and money spent at their business. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone and truly feel that they cannot be trusted in their dealings. More

Both of these men are consummate professionals, knowledgeable of their products, and honest and straightforward in providing information and answering our questions. I wasn't immediately able to decide on the vehicle that I wanted and changed my mind several times. David, probably one of the most patient people I have ever met, worked calmly with me until we could come up with a plan together. Through strategic planning and David's expertise, my buying experience was a breeze. On the day that I decided to purchase, I was in and out within 1.5 hours! I settled on the Caviar 2016 RX 350 FSport. David set up everything in my truck and even volunteered to drive all the way to my home to program my garage to the truck if I needed. Now that's great customer service! I am typically a hard person to please and am very sensitive to people's spirits. I felt that, as soon as I met him, David would be the person to get me in my dream vehicle. David deserves infinity stars for outstanding service and a huge promotion as well!! Additionally, David did not once try to pressure me or suggest that I buy something I did not want or need. He listened to me and worked only to get me what I wanted and nothing more! More

Not sure what my next vehicle will be, but it will be bought at a Hennessy dealership. They have professional sales and service people, unlike the chain dealerships. Completely different experience than the chain dealers. My ex leased a BMW for my son from a chain dealership. I went with her and it was a horrible experience. Take my word stick with a Hennesy dealership. I sent a friend to their Honda dealership and she called me and thanked me for the buying experience. More
Long term relationship We have been dealing with Hennessy Lexus since the 1990's having bought and leased several vehicles. Our service advisor has been the same (Tony C.) We have been dealing with Hennessy Lexus since the 1990's having bought and leased several vehicles. Our service advisor has been the same (Tony C.) for the whole time. We did look at some other makes and dealers occasionally but always came back to Hennessy. Both my wife and I think that this is a first class operation in both sales and service and far superior to the competition. More

RAY IS AWESOME I recently purchased a Used Lexus Rx330 2006. I went to get a Oil change at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. My Advisor is Ray P. He was very friendly and I recently purchased a Used Lexus Rx330 2006. I went to get a Oil change at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. My Advisor is Ray P. He was very friendly and went over everything I needed and insured me I got a great deal on the car. I needed a few things done to my car. He helped me schedule it. Great Service Department I just had my Lexus IS250 in yesterday for a dashboard recall. I guess while replacing, a few business cards, gift cards, and $10 cash were found. I w I just had my Lexus IS250 in yesterday for a dashboard recall. I guess while replacing, a few business cards, gift cards, and $10 cash were found. I was so impressed that all of the items were placed in my center console. The items were obviously 5+ years old, and whoever worked on the car could have easily taken the cash and gift cards and I would have never known. It just goes to show how great I feel with my car at this service department. I always feel in good hands with my service representative [Ray] and that I am never getting one pulled over on me. More

The car was gorgeous, black with a red leather interior. BUT the service tech came out to tell me that I should run away from this car, as it had major flood damage and was a New Jersey car. I ended up taking the car back and found one I loved even more. Again, I brought it here for an eval and this time everything was A-OK. I've been bringing it back for service ever since! A courtesy car was provided at no extra cost for service estimated to take 3-4 hours. Love the computer rooms and LOVE the home-baked goods brought in by the Customer Service Manager!!
