2018 NX 300 Jody was an absolute delight to work with! I have been a Lexus customer since 2004 and recently becoming a mommy, I needed to upgrade into an SUV. Jody was very attentive, compassionate, and empathized to my specific needs. She was not your cliche "pushy car salesman (woman) who often doesn't listen or care what you want. Months before, I was distraught when I was told by a cliche car salesman to forget about Lexus and to go look at a Toyota Rav 4. Lexus reached back out to me and I was introduced to Jody, who remedied my situation. She got me into a 2018 NX 300 caviar colored with red leather interior!!! It gave me a sports package feel and made me feel like I was living it up with my toddler in the backseat. We are riding in style! Jody also made sure I had plenty to eat every time I came in; she even got me pizza! I highly recommend Jody if you're looking for a Lexus, laughs, and an unparalleled client service. More

Rude service representative I had a great experience with .....Karr in parts. He was extremely helpful and knowledge. However, as I attempted to leave I was blocked in by another car in the drive. After five minutes I inquired about the car and w eventually a woman service rep and customer came out but did no move his car. I asked if they would move it and the service rep said they were inspecting the car and for me to wait. I then told the two I need to go and had been waiting for a period of time. This time the customer said his advice to me was "the o be patient". Not a good experience considering it was very hot and it did not seem appropriate for the car being serviced was blocking cars parked in the driveway. More
