2018 NX 300 Jody was an absolute delight to work with! I have been a Lexus customer since 2004 and recently becoming a mommy, I needed to upgrade into an SUV. Jody was an absolute delight to work with! I have been a Lexus customer since 2004 and recently becoming a mommy, I needed to upgrade into an SUV. Jody was very attentive, compassionate, and empathized to my specific needs. She was not your cliche "pushy car salesman (woman) who often doesn't listen or care what you want. Months before, I was distraught when I was told by a cliche car salesman to forget about Lexus and to go look at a Toyota Rav 4. Lexus reached back out to me and I was introduced to Jody, who remedied my situation. She got me into a 2018 NX 300 caviar colored with red leather interior!!! It gave me a sports package feel and made me feel like I was living it up with my toddler in the backseat. We are riding in style! Jody also made sure I had plenty to eat every time I came in; she even got me pizza! I highly recommend Jody if you're looking for a Lexus, laughs, and an unparalleled client service. More

Rude service representative I had a great experience with .....Karr in parts. He was extremely helpful and knowledge. However, as I attempted to leave I was blocked in by an I had a great experience with .....Karr in parts. He was extremely helpful and knowledge. However, as I attempted to leave I was blocked in by another car in the drive. After five minutes I inquired about the car and w eventually a woman service rep and customer came out but did no move his car. I asked if they would move it and the service rep said they were inspecting the car and for me to wait. I then told the two I need to go and had been waiting for a period of time. This time the customer said his advice to me was "the o be patient". Not a good experience considering it was very hot and it did not seem appropriate for the car being serviced was blocking cars parked in the driveway. More

Very unsatisfied with our experience at Hennessy Lexus Drove out to Hennessy Lexus to look at a car we were interested in purchasing. We were taken to the car and we really liked it, but the back door lock Drove out to Hennessy Lexus to look at a car we were interested in purchasing. We were taken to the car and we really liked it, but the back door lock was broken and you couldn't open the door from the outside of the automobile. You had to climb inside the car and open it from the inside. We were told by the sales person that he would check and see if the dealership would repair the door for us so that we could make the purchase and that he would call us back the following day. He did call back and we were told that his manager told him the vehicle will be sold with the broken door. We weren't even given the price it would take to repair the door and that is very disappointing because we might have been able to pay for the repair and still make the purchase. We feel that were were not treated fairly and that Hennessy owes us an apology and some sort of restitution for our time and money spent at their business. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone and truly feel that they cannot be trusted in their dealings. More

Excellent service-Extremely timely transaction I had the pleasure of working with David Kim. David is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and has a wonderful personality. I wasn't immediately able to decide on the vehicle that I wanted and changed my mind several times. David, probably one of the most patient people I have ever met, worked calmly with me until we could come up with a plan together. Through strategic planning and David's expertise, my buying experience was a breeze. On the day that I decided to purchase, I was in and out within 1.5 hours! I settled on the Caviar 2016 RX 350 FSport. David set up everything in my truck and even volunteered to drive all the way to my home to program my garage to the truck if I needed. Now that's great customer service! I am typically a hard person to please and am very sensitive to people's spirits. I felt that, as soon as I met him, David would be the person to get me in my dream vehicle. David deserves infinity stars for outstanding service and a huge promotion as well!! Additionally, David did not once try to pressure me or suggest that I buy something I did not want or need. He listened to me and worked only to get me what I wanted and nothing more! More
