I worked with All Star Ken Haynes from the beginning--great guy and very helpful. Oh wait some of you write bad reviews because you did not get the free stuff? Wow how sad to not know awesome quality service when you have it there at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. I worked with Kirt also and David Kim too. All these guys were very warm and friendly--other staff members there were pleasant and kind--something i came to expect at a high end automotive facility. I am an older shopper and my family owned a car dealership. I am familiar with all the tricks and these guys were up front and as we all agreed: nothing is free in this business except the bottled water and sodas they freely passed out. If you want a no-nonsense great deal and want to be treated fairly--i highly recommend go see the Special K's!! (Ken, Kim, Kirt) and let them help you get into your dream car--they did it for me and i even saved $$ flying into Atlanta to buy there More

Non Trusting My last visit I was told by Michael William's that I had a power steering leak. Stating that the power steering fluid was very low. I told him I find that hard to believe, because I've not seen any drops or puddles underneath. And I asked if they topped off all fluids when doing an oil change. He said yes, he also CLEARLY stated that by the time the power steering fluid or other fluids are low, there is already a leak...that's the biggest untruth I've ever had. I've gone to 2 dealerships/service department for a 2nd opinion. Both stated 'there is no leak! Today I had an oil change and air conditioning service done by another service department, again, told NO LEAKS!. I have lost ALL TRUST IN HENNESSEY LEXUS- DORAVILLE. More
