Once we got there, we waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone even looked in our direction, which was a little frustrating... But then Marcus came over and asked how he could help. He was so kind and helpful, and made the entire experience after that a positive one. He pulled several models for us to test drive, answered all of our questions, and even let us take one of the SUVs home for 24 hours. Being a car guy, my husband did most of the talking and all of the negotiating (while I sat there admiring all of the beautiful cars), but we both agree that Marcus was personable and great to work with.
