Constantly rude with refusal to accept responsibility I have been a service and sales customer of this dealership for over 10 years and the quality of service has continually declined. I dropped our Range I have been a service and sales customer of this dealership for over 10 years and the quality of service has continually declined. I dropped our Range Rover off for a routine oil change and brake replacement. When I returned, the car would not respond to the remote to lock or unlock. Victoria Cunningham was my advisor and demonstrated no product knowledge or interest in customer service up to that point. She continued by denying any chance they could have been responsible for this new symptom which appeared to be that the key had lost its programming. They key was approximately 1 year old because it was replaced during our previous service experience after being lost by the detailing department. Victoria told me that in order to re-program the key, all other keys needed to be present so I scheduled a time to return. My wife went by with the car and was appalled at how rude Victoria was in addressing her as well as the endless implication that we were trying to get them to fix something that was not their fault. Ultimately they were unable to fix the problem at all. In the process of checking our other two keys, they tore the slightly worn buttons off of them to expose the circuit boards. When she arrived, one of the older keys worked fine. When she left, that key was essentially destroyed and no longer working. The newer key worked in the fashion the worn one previously had. We asked how that had happened and she said that what we were saying was not possible and again implied we were being dishonest. After 6 Land Rover products this one may be our last, but for certain it is the last experience we will have with this inept and dishonest service department. My call to service manager Ben Davis was not returned. More

So, my Range Rover Sport was locked due to a remote fob failure, I had driven it earlier in the day with no problems. So I called the dealer and I asked what can I do to get the vehicle started without the remote. A parts dept person told me to use the metal shank of the remote to unlock of the door and then I can start the car without the remote so I did that and the alarm went off. I called again and another person told me that the car cannot be started that way and that I need to get it towed to the dealer so they can reset the alarm and program a new remote for me. So they instructed me to unhook the battery and bring the vehicle to them. I was shocked to realize that all of this was needed to start a car after a remote fob is dead, but I complied as I had no other choice. After towing the car to the dealer, the service advisor informed me that 3 hours of labor were required to "diagnose" the problem ( alarm goes off when you connect battery) and that the car needed to be there overnight. Again, with no other options available to me, I agreed. Fast forward a week and multiple emails to the service advisor, I was finally told that the car needs a new computer and that the repairs will cost $2,000. Outrage is an understatement. How could a fully functioning car with a bad fob need - all of a sudden - a $2000 repair? that is a mystery to me. I think whomever tried to reset the computer and program a new remote shorted out my computer then blamed it back on me , OR, the car doesn't need a computer and that the $2,000 was just a hustle. Either way, this dealer deserves a 1 star and may this review serve as a warning to all clients considering their services. More

Not only he direct me to the right automobile, he took the time to arrange for me to get my truck and the purchase vehicle to my home in all of the backed up traffic we encountered on 285. He made sure that I was comfortable during the waiting process of closing the deal. I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle that day, but Walter was right on it without the pressuring salesman I often encounter everywhere I go. Thanks Walter. More

In just 4 years this dealership has replaced the same window regulator FOUR different times, stating it's just "wear and tear"! They replaced my engine at a cost of $10,500 and just 20,000 miles later a window regulator FOUR different times, stating it's just "wear and tear"! They replaced my engine at a cost of $10,500 and just 20,000 miles later all the engine seals were leaking and needed to be replaced at a cost of $2500, simply saying that these seals just wear out after "a while"!! Only 20,000 miles after a new engine had been installed? This dealership also damaged a power steering hose but denied it was their fault, they said it "just fell apart" while they were doing other repairs, I had to pay for the replaced power steering hose. Another time they damaged an air intake unit and put it together with silver duct tape, I noticed this and the service manager had this part replaced at no cost. When my vehicle goes in for a mechanical fault it can take up to an entire MONTH for the car to be ready. My advice would be to stay away from this dealership. While Land Rover vehicles are well know to be mechanically faulty, this dealership makes the ownership experience much worse. More
