I'm not normally the type to write reviews but after my experience with Hennessy Land Rover today I feel obligated to do what I can to warn others about this dealership. My wife and I had been searching experience with Hennessy Land Rover today I feel obligated to do what I can to warn others about this dealership. My wife and I had been searching for a specific vehicle and one offered by this dealership popped up in our search. We sent an inquiry through their website yesterday afternoon and the salesperson, Phillipp, promptly called my wife at exactly 9am this morning. After some brief back and forth, we settled on a final price for the vehicle and agreed to make the purchase. We live in Florida so our plan was to finalize the purchase today, fly to Atlanta this Saturday and drive the vehicle back. After agreeing to the purchase Philipp requested a copy of my driver's license, insurance, and flight itinerary which we provided immediately. He also sent over a purchase agreement which I promptly signed. Shortly thereafter, Clint, the internet sales manager, sent over the dealership's wire instructions. I then contacted my bank and proceeded to initiate a wire transfer for the $50k purchase price of the vehicle. We then booked our flights and proceeded to make arrangements for our trip to Alpharetta to pick up the vehicle this weekend. Phillipp even let us know the dealership would take care of arranging our ground transportation from the airport to them. Once I received confirmation from my bank that the wire had been sent, I forwarded the confirmation to Clint and Phillipp per their instructions. About an hour later Phillipp called my wife to tell her that a couple had walked in 15 minutes ago and the car was sold to them. He said the key had been on his desk the whole time and he wasn't sure how it happened but sure enough, it did. He told her he would call her right back to advise on how our refund would be issued. 5 hours had elapsed between the time we signed the agreement to purchase the car and the time Phillipp called to tell us it had been sold. After not hearing back for over an hour, my wife called the dealership and was told that everyone was "in a sales meeting" but that we would get our money back. She then got a call from Clint who confirmed our suspicions: a couple walked in wanting to purchase the car with dealer financing and when presented with the opportunity to make a significantly larger profit margin when compared with our cash purchase they jumped on it. When he called he stated that the couple was "in the process of filing out financing paperwork" (more than 6 hours after we agreed to purchase the car in full). Aside from assuring us that our money would be refunded, the dealership did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation in any way and didn't even offer to compensate us for the travel expenses we might not get back. We thought that by going with a legitimate Land Rover dealer we would be spared some of the sleazy tactics implored by many used car dealers but we were sadly mistaken. I will never get back all of the time that was wasted today but hopefully sharing my experience can prevent at least one person from considering doing business with Hennessy Land Rover. More
Avoid this dealership. They won’t put in any effort to make a sale. I spoke to three salespeople in just four minutes. All they would say is someone would be with me. I’m n They won’t put in any effort to make a sale. I spoke to three salespeople in just four minutes. All they would say is someone would be with me. I’m not sure if he works for the dealership. He was wearing a black hoodie, a black hat, and black headphones. When I asked for his name, he told me “Gerald” found out it’s actually garret. he said I am the “holder of keys.” He kept staring at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. He locked the vehicle while I was still taking pictures and snapped at me when I asked if he could open it again because I wasn’t done. Do better in North Atlanta. We’ll go to Bentley, maybe they’ll treat us better. More

Talk about a complete lack of morals or ethics. According to both dealership representatives I spoke with, the directive from this unnamed manager didn't sit well but were both overruled. More
II was quoted $550 for a 10k mile service on my 2024 RR Sport. When I arrived they switched the price to $1701 for the same service. I called RR Darien CT where I bought the car and they quoted $182 for the service. The required service consists of inspections of fluids, belts, battery, etc. Hennessy said the vehicle required an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and much more. I was OK with the $550, but changing the price to $1701 after I took my morning off to bring the car in is nothign but bait and switch. I walked out and did not have my car serviced there. More

When I arrived (30 Minutes early, mind you), I was informed that the car had supposedly just been sold minutes before I arrived, and was then attempted to be persuaded to consider a Ford Focus or a Ford Mustang (in lieu of a Porsche). I was then sent to their sister dealership a mile down the road where I was ignored as I walked around both inside and outside looking a Porsches for 45 minutes, which was an even worse experience. I contacted the CEO of Porsche and both dealerships. It's been a week and while I did hear back from the CEO's office, crickets from either dealership. What a way to do business and treat potential customers. Awful experience. Proof the customer service and customer care seem to be a thing of the past at many establishments these days. I might expect this at dealerships of other brands, but I wouldn't have expected it at a Jaguar, Range Rover, and/or Porsche dealerships. SAD. Never again... More

If you’re buying a certified pre-owned vehicle from them, go through it with a fine tooth comb. I purchased a CPO Range Rover and here’s all the issues that have been found. Vehicle had a clean title, but ha go through it with a fine tooth comb. I purchased a CPO Range Rover and here’s all the issues that have been found. Vehicle had a clean title, but had been in at least one accident where the front bumper cover had been repaired or replaced (all front rubber around sensors were painted and the white that was used was not fiji white or at least not matched and there is overspray on a lot of gloss black fender parts), right fender had been repaired and they sprayed straight to the fender, no primer (my body guy that has over 20 years of experience removed the clear coat and immediately hit metal again no primer and one coat of paint), right rim has a massive bend to the inside part of the rim where there is a continuous loss of air (even after having the tire checked for nails or damage), all rims had been painted flat black and rims should be gloss black (they sprayed them while on the vehicle and all red calipers has black overspray), spoke to original owners from New Jersey and they informed me that it had been stolen twice and reported (some how that wasn’t on the Carfax report), driver door switch had to be replaced (should of been replaced during CPO inspection), radio has been damaged and was placed in the stored configuration and in the dark mode so the damage around the bezels couldn’t be seen (I didn’t know that it moved from the flat position and that it could be changed from dark screen to white screen until I got home and went through the manual). Purchased the rim and tire protection plan that I tried to make a claim against for the rim damage and paint failure and what I was told was that they would not replace a rim and the repaint issue was not a manufacturer defect. So I had to cancel that plan, which they contacted me about, it had three options, send me the check, send the check to the bank and revise the contract, or send to the bank and add it towards the principal. I chose the 1st option and they said I couldn’t get it since it had a lien holder. So I chose the principal option. If they did not do all the shotty work to sell the car, then the person that did the CPO inspection needs to do something else. They even took a bunch of stages photos, so that person should of seen the issues too. If you’re short on time, make an appointment for the first available time available, I got there at 10 and left at 5 pm. Not an easy process. More
Davis, Clint and Vanessa were amazing from start to finish. Working a long distance trade, getting good financing, and finding me the perfect car. Highly recommend! finish. Working a long distance trade, getting good financing, and finding me the perfect car. Highly recommend! More
