No not next week today? I can't go fight to get you a deal when you're not ready to buy a car. If I can work it out can you be here by 8 o'clock today or tomorrow? Plus they tried adding $2000 worth of junk. Tint, wax and mud flaps. Absolutely they worst experience from a business in a long time. Sad how they way people do business has just gotten so bad. More
This dealership is a complete scam. Stay away! We bought our Odyssey from the Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and they sold us a "comprehensive extended warranty" for thousands of dollars Stay away! We bought our Odyssey from the Hennessy Honda of Woodstock and they sold us a "comprehensive extended warranty" for thousands of dollars. Well, we took the car when it needed parts repair - gas tank gasket leak. They told us a rodent chewed a hose and thus it is not eligible for warranty coverage. Quoted us $2060 for that repaid and another $1,300 for other "services". We were wondering how it's possible to have a rodent damage when the car is used daily and stored in a safe place. We took the car to an independent Honda shop and they showed us (and took photos) that there is no evidence of anything chewing the hose and the issue is truly parts failure (and is covered by our warranty). The rest of the "services" they quoted were also exaggerated and not need at our mileage. Stay away from this greedy and deceitful business. They are a fraud. More

I will turn 79 this year and am writing my first ever BAD review. I suppose I am more inclined to take my lumps and just move on. Here is my story: I brought in my Pilot with approximately 20,000 miles f review. I suppose I am more inclined to take my lumps and just move on. Here is my story: I brought in my Pilot with approximately 20,000 miles for a simple service consisting of an oil change and tire rotation in mid-June of this year. When I came to this dealership all the lug nuts were firmly in place on the wheel studs. However when I paid for my service visit, I was handed one of my lug nuts and told that the stud was stripped by the previous service at another dealership. Those of you with mechanical chops reading this review will know how hard it was to accept this conclusion. I was told that Hennessey would make the repair for just under $300. If I have to purchase a die set to correct the threading on the stud, I will do that rather than pay someone to make a repair for a problem they created. I certainly will not be returning to Hennessey for future service work and would recommend that others consider doing the same. If I had read previous reviews and found out that Hennessey has a 3.7 out of 5 review rating, I would most probably have gone elsewhere. Rell Lackland More
Had been a customer of Hennessy Honda for 5 years but have had awful experiences recently. A few weeks ago I scheduled a test drive. I arrived and received awful customer service, sitting for 30 minutes have had awful experiences recently. A few weeks ago I scheduled a test drive. I arrived and received awful customer service, sitting for 30 minutes without being seen. It seems odd that a loyal customer who is willing to purchase a new vehicle is such a low priority. I also recently had a van door fixed by the service department. After being charged $3,000, the door was still not working properly so it was brought back in. I was told the latch was not working and we would have to pay more. They are either ignorant and unqualified or deceptive and dishonest, both of which are reason enough to avoid using Hennessy. They routinely suggest repairs that are not necessary and customer service has declined consistently over the past few years. More
I purchased a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline from salesman Paul John. He was extremely easy to work with and very thorough explaining basic operation of this vehicle. I'd highly recommend this dealership and the services of Paul John if you're interested in a Honda vehicle. More

I've been coming to this dealership for a service for over 11 years, and have been quite satisfied until November last year. I did not realize that I had a service after 75k last April and agreed to a fe over 11 years, and have been quite satisfied until November last year.
