My first visit was to get a 3 month oil change which occurred on Thursday of last week I was told that during the tire rotation that there was a nail in th tire well they plugged the tire during the plug the cut the tire to big the plug did not fill the hole completely my client and I left the shop later on that night while parked at another facility the tire went flat stemming from the cut . I was the person driving it which stranded me for 4 hours. AAA was called to change the flat tire, no success the tire that was placed back on from Hennessy worker In such a way that AAA could not remove the luggs. To make a long story short I returned to Hennessy today around 1:40pm it is now 5:47pm my client and I are still here Desmond was the tech who helped both times this service is bad I will not be coming back and I will be letting the company that I work for know just how valued we are as customers More
Unethical Dealership Our car wouldn't start about 6 months ago, so we had it towed to the dealer and they dropped in a new battery. Six months later it died again. Took it back to the dealer and they said the battery was a bad battery and they replaced it. Now our GPS won't work and they want $362 to replace it....wait a minute...it worked before we brought it in and now WE have to pay to fix it. Service Manager said "I can see why your mad, but I can't help you".....REALLY? Do yourself a favor and find another dealership. These guys are completely unethical. More
Worst car service experience ever!!!! I brought my Ford Fusion in to check on a transmission issue on Thursday May 3rd. I asked how long the diagnostic would take and I was told 1 day maybe 2 at the most. I rented a car, since my car was out of warranty and my insurance did not cover it. I came by Saturday, and nothing was checked. I came by Monday and nothing was checked, and I was directed to speak with the dispatcher and stated my concerns on being told twice that the diagnostic should have been completed no later than Saturday. He stated that they would have have it completed by Tuesday. I asked if they could help with the rental car or diagnostic price and he said NO!!! When I came back the next day, they said they could fix it for $5600.00 It also stated that the car needed a rear cv axle for $805.00. I stated that the car has a book value of $4500.00 I also noticed that my new rear tire was extremely low which was not the case when I brought the car in. The tire got a nail in it there. I took the car to A.C. Delco in Doraville. They could fix the car for $3800.00 with a free cv axle. Be very careful when going into this dealership/con shop. By the way, this is the first negative review that I have ever given to a dealership.---Congratulations!!! More

NIGHTMARE Worst service experience I have had with a dealer in Atlanta. As I was pulling in to the garage, they closed the garage door on top of my truck, damag Worst service experience I have had with a dealer in Atlanta. As I was pulling in to the garage, they closed the garage door on top of my truck, damaging the roof, and breaking the back window trim. They then proceeded to point fingers at each other, and me, in order to assess blame. They finally agreed to repair it, and I reluctantly left it there. It then took them three days to get back to me with any pricing for the work I had requested. When they finally did, I was shocked at their pricing. I told them to fix the damage they had done, and that I would come and pick it up. I arrived to find out that they had repaired the window trim, but left the obvious dent and severe scratches on my hood. When I pointed it out, they said that they would contact me with a time to bring it back in to do the repairs. They never did. Long story short, I then took my truck in to a very good local mechanic who preformed the work for less than half the amount that Hennessey quoted me. I would rather live with the damage they did to my truck, than ever consider going back there. Beware. More

If you don’t want to have a headache dealing with car problems and diagnostic go to an independent shop and will be a different story. Definitely I have to email Ford customer support about my great experience with their cars and services, in one word HORRIBLE More

I will not recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I be returning. I got to a dealership because I made an assumption that there mechanics would be training better that an independent garage. I was wrong. More
Terrible Business Do not take your vehicle here! Very over priced with no integrity or business morals. Dropped my vehicle off with Tim around 12 noon and was told they Do not take your vehicle here! I received a call around 4:45 from Tim to inform me that my car had JUST been taken back to the service technician. 20 minutes later I received another call stating I needed over $3000 in repairs. I had to question, how after 20 minutes, they were able to determine that many repairs, I was lied to and never given a valid explanation nor did I receive a inspection report. After declining the falsified recommended repairs I was still charged over $200 for what they said was 2 hours of labor. What they did not know is that I work for a vehicle warranty company and have been in the automotive industry for over 7 years. I know that they never performed any work as I never received the inspection report. After not receiving the survey from Lincoln I knew my phone number and email address were removed from my customer record by the advisor or service manager. This is what a terrible service department does so that they do not get negative surveys to the manufacturer. That is the only way I would never receive the survey. Absolutely bad business! Never there again! More
Poor customer service in service department I received really poor customer service on yesterday when I took my car to get a battery replaced that was still under warranty. My battery had a 3 year warranty but the dealership ownership had changed. We called before we went to make sure we could come get the battery replaced under warranty. When we got there the service guy told me and my husband that the dealership ownership had changed and they could see that I had my battery replaced their within the warranty period but because I didn't have the receipt and they couldn't print the details to get their money back from Ford Corporate they couldn't replace by battery under warranty. We had to call the previous dealer and Ford Corporate before the guy would agree to change the battery under the warranty. That is POOR customer service. I will NEVER go there again. More
Everytime we have dealt with this dealership we have a bad experience. Today my husband took his vehicle in to get an oil change (because Jiffy Lube did not have the correct filter) otherwise we would ha bad experience. Today my husband took his vehicle in to get an oil change (because Jiffy Lube did not have the correct filter) otherwise we would have not had them do a service on our vehicles. When my husband got into his vehicle after the oil change, he noticed some of his lottery tickets were missing. He reported this to the manager, with no apology. He also contacted the Police Deparment...unfortunately the police said they were not allowed to search the employees. Not only did they steal the lottery tickets, he had to pay for an oil change plus some other service which was not authorized. This dealership is one of the worst we have been to and will NEVER service any of our vehicles here. More
