Lincoln Doesn't Assume any Responsibility My new car has had a problem with the instrument cluster not working since I purchased the car new 2 years ago. I have taken the car in several times My new car has had a problem with the instrument cluster not working since I purchased the car new 2 years ago. I have taken the car in several times with the instrument cluster being blank so the repair people could see what I was experiencing. After a while the cluster would start working after turning the car on and off. When they checked the car diagnostically they could find no faults. Even after complaining to the national Lincoln concierge that the problem keeps repeating itself they indicated that there was nothing further they could or would do. What a poor CYA response! They in essence are saying its my problem. My only solution was to sell the car and let some other sucker get this lemon. Hennessey has been great, but the Lincoln company overall was a big letdown. Call me if you want, but be forewarned that I'm an angry customer. More

Hennessy Ford Service is top notch! I have a 2010 Ford Edge. I've been taking my car to Hennessy Ford for about 6 years now. I appreciate when I take my vehicle in for routine care and t I have a 2010 Ford Edge. I've been taking my car to Hennessy Ford for about 6 years now. I appreciate when I take my vehicle in for routine care and the Service Representative doesn't try to up sale me on any made up issues. The Staff has always been courteous and forthcoming with advice on any problems that they may find. It's always up to me to fix the trouble that day or wait for a better time. I always feel assured that when I leave the Dealership, I can trust that my car will be at it's best for years to come. I recommend Hennessy Ford! More

A few days before my appointment, I decided to add some additional work to the original order, and Jeff was able to accommodate the changes without issue. On the day of the appointment, he greeted me, arranged a ride home for me, and kept me updated on the progress of the service. My car was ready ahead of time, and Jeff walked me through the fixes to ensure I was satisfied. He's a rock star! I'm so impressed w/ him and the service guys at Hennessy Ford. More
