Dwaylon Cunningham was exceptional in his handling of my SUV issues. Dropped off the vehicle for a number of minor recall items, but also had an intermittent issue with "Transmission Not In Park" notice. SUV issues. Dropped off the vehicle for a number of minor recall items, but also had an intermittent issue with "Transmission Not In Park" notice. Also had a leak in the tailgate frame causing water to pool in the spare wheel well. Dwaylon was able to address all of the issues and went beyond in trying to see if the leak/frame issue could be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, it could not, but otherwise, the service and communication were above the normal you would expect at a dealership. I will definitely be taking my SUV back to him. More

My issue with this dealership, is that there have been several occasions (3) where I have come in and inquired about an issue with hesitation in my 2014 Ford Focus, first occasion at around 60,000 second several occasions (3) where I have come in and inquired about an issue with hesitation in my 2014 Ford Focus, first occasion at around 60,000 second around 83,000 and the third at about 102,000 miles. Each of the three times, I reported having a hesitation in my transmission and none of the three times was the issue resolved. Now at 115,000 miles, I have gone to another ford dealership out of state, and have received services for the transmission faults FOR FREE. This Hennessy Ford ignored the recall and Field Service Action of the manufacture and denied rightful service to my vehicle. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership. And I recommend, no one does either, if you are looking for integrity in your service. More

After coming in for an oil change and fuel filter changed the sales rep talked me into additional services which included a brake service: front brakes cost $1,100. When I asked to opt out of the brake servi the sales rep talked me into additional services which included a brake service: front brakes cost $1,100. When I asked to opt out of the brake service I was told ‘that’s not an option’. “We have already finished the brake service and we need your permission to charge you $1,100.” When I said no again, he said it was not an option to say no.
