This dealership will purposely dick you around for MONTHS. Have had to deal with them twice, had my care for over a month and had to fight tooth and nail to get any kind of decent communication. Someone always told me contradicting information and could never get an answer. Dealership lied that they would refund a rental during a recall repair in which they are required to provide one. Said they would - kept “forgetting” for MONTHS and then said they couldn’t anymore. They are an exhausting group of people to deal with.
