I located an F-150 that I was interested in, and proceeded to call the dealership to speak with someone in sales. I was transferred to Lee Tyler, who was very understanding of the fact that I was located 300+ miles away, and needed to get a deal done over the phone. We were able to reach a deal on the F-150 that I had called about, and we were also able to appraise and get a set price on my trade-in before I ever got on the road. Overall this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had with any dealership. I think that it deserves note that I was told by multiple dealerships that "we can't make any decisions, unless you are here in-person". I will recommend all Hennessy dealerships to friends and family. Completely Satisfied with my purchase and experience. Keep up the great work guys. More

I know this first hand from my search for a Mustang after my car was totaled in an accident. I started my quest for a Mustang with my "hometown" dealer. During my visit, I felt like "chum" in a shark tank. Three salesmen were competing for my business at the same dealership at the same time! The Manager constantly paced back and forth and kept asking if the salesman had told us about this, and that....It was pretty crazy. They had 2 preowned Mustang GT's and one other 2014 Mustang in stock. I acutally found that this was the case with the other Ford dealerships as well. Selection was very limited. So between feeling like shark bait and their unwillingness to have the car transferred to their dealership until 72 hours after the purchase, I decided to discontinue working with them for my next vehicle purchase. I began searching online for other dealerships and actualy heard a commercial on the radio for Hennessy Ford and decided to check them out as they were just a few miles from where I worked. They had an incredible selection of Mustangs on their lot! I was looking for something that was in-between a base and premium and they had it! I worked with Ray and he was great! Zero pressure and no requirement to leave a deposit to hold the exact car that I wanted. I LOVE my Mustang and the purchase of this vehicle was the most stress free car purchase ever. Ray worked with me the day I picked the car up to walk me through all of the features and assisted with the setup of my Sync Services. He also reached out to me often after my purchase to ensure that I didn't have any questions about my car. Overall an EXCELLENT experience with Ray at Hennessy Ford! More

When we arrived at Hennessy Ford Lincoln in Atlanta, we found friendly people willing to work with us but no hard sell. The truck was just what I had been looking for and the folks were great. Todd gave me his full attention during the sale and Reginald did wonders with financing, even got a three year warranty on a 2007 truck. Great people, great service during the sale and have reached out several times to make sure I am satisfied. Hennessey Ford Lincoln in Atlanta is a sweet place to buy a vehicle, new or used. More

Everytime we have dealt with this dealership we have a bad experience. Today my husband took his vehicle in to get an oil change (because Jiffy Lube did not have the correct filter) otherwise we would ha bad experience. Today my husband took his vehicle in to get an oil change (because Jiffy Lube did not have the correct filter) otherwise we would have not had them do a service on our vehicles. When my husband got into his vehicle after the oil change, he noticed some of his lottery tickets were missing. He reported this to the manager, with no apology. He also contacted the Police Deparment...unfortunately the police said they were not allowed to search the employees. Not only did they steal the lottery tickets, he had to pay for an oil change plus some other service which was not authorized. This dealership is one of the worst we have been to and will NEVER service any of our vehicles here. More
I developed an out-of-warranty problem with all the power door locks on my '08 Escape. Additionally, he worked closely w/ the technician and the service mgr. to navigate through some unforeseen issues that surfaced along the way. Bottom line; communication was excellent and truthful; the quality of the repair was exceptional; and the price was very fair. I've used Malcolm Cunningham Ford personally and professionally for a number of years and will continue to do so. More

IT'S BEEN A xxxxxxxx MONTH AND STILL HAVEN'T DONE WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO. getting nasty phone calls and letters from Lien holder of trade in vehicle. MALCOLM CUNNINGHAM FORD IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU AGAIN. I SPEAK NOTHING BUT BAD WORDS EVERY CHANCE I GET , TO ANYONE ASKING ME WHERE I PURCHASED MY MUSTANG. Went go to look at a 2008 f150 with 60K miles. DO NOT buy from here. The truck I looked at had a clean car fax, however when looking under the struck, the cross beam of the fram had a significant amount of d from here. I know dealerships are not known to be up front and honest but that is terrible. They should inspect each vehice and make a note of any repairs they do not plan to fix. Some person who is not car savy is going to get ripped off by this delaership. STAY AWAY. For anyone wondering, it was the white 2008 f150 regular cab with the 4.2 v6 5 speed with 63k miles that had the structural damage with a clean car fax report. More
