Overall, all employees talked with were very cordial. Was told I would get my brake fluid flushed for the price paid. I went to this Ford for the first time since owning my new/used car. I didn’t have any appointment but walked in and met Cedric who got me taken care of right away. He was great from start to finish. I had forgotten to mention I had an extended warranty until a Friday afternoon and he was able to get that settled up before the weekend so I wouldn’t be without my car for longer. With my last car I had a lot of issues at the end and definitely wasted some money on repairs at local shops so the detail and videos/quotes provided by Ford really put me at ease with repairs I wasn’t quite prepared for. I will absolutely try to have Cedric as my future advisor for all my service needs. He made the entire process a 10/10 experience. Had it not been for him I’m sure I would’ve had some more frustration with not having my car for a little and having some unexpected findings. Highly recommend both Cedric and Hennessy Ford Atlanta.
