Excellent experience! I chose Hennessy Ford for two reasons: (1) it was my local Ford dealership and (2) the Autotrader reviews were positive. I had an equally positive exp I chose Hennessy Ford for two reasons: (1) it was my local Ford dealership and (2) the Autotrader reviews were positive. I had an equally positive experience, thanks to Lee Newton in new car sales. I contacted this dealership (and others) and Lee was the most responsive person I worked with. He emailed me on his day off and answered every inane question I had about the Ford Edge I was looking for. He helped me track down my dream car and made it a pretty awesome experience! To this day (3 months later), he's still incredibly helpful whenever I have a question. The sales manager and business manager were great as well. The process was painless and I'm definitely a loyal fan. Definitely check out this dealership and ask for Lee Newton! More
Terrible Business Do not take your vehicle here! Very over priced with no integrity or business morals. Dropped my vehicle off with Tim around 12 noon and was told they Do not take your vehicle here! Very over priced with no integrity or business morals. Dropped my vehicle off with Tim around 12 noon and was told theywould have the diag completed by 4pm. I received a call around 4:45 from Tim to inform me that my car had JUST been taken back to the service technician. 20 minutes later I received another call stating I needed over $3000 in repairs. I had to question, how after 20 minutes, they were able to determine that many repairs, I was lied to and never given a valid explanation nor did I receive a inspection report. After declining the falsified recommended repairs I was still charged over $200 for what they said was 2 hours of labor. What they did not know is that I work for a vehicle warranty company and have been in the automotive industry for over 7 years. I know that they never performed any work as I never received the inspection report. After not receiving the survey from Lincoln I knew my phone number and email address were removed from my customer record by the advisor or service manager. This is what a terrible service department does so that they do not get negative surveys to the manufacturer. That is the only way I would never receive the survey. Absolutely bad business! Never there again! More
