Lie to get what they want I went there this week to get a used vehicle. I was in an accident in my new car. I am now trying to get another one. I spoke to Hennessy Ford and tol I went there this week to get a used vehicle. I was in an accident in my new car. I am now trying to get another one. I spoke to Hennessy Ford and told them the situation. They told my wife they could get me in a car the same day knowing this. We sent them all of the paperwork beforehand. We got there and the sales rep showed us where we would be dropping the rental car. We signed paperwork with the sales rep. We go to finish the paperwork with the finance manager and the first thing he says is they cannot help until the loan with the totaled car is complete. We knew this but they told is they could get us in something. We wasted a lot of time with all of this for them to tell us something we already knew and not doing their part. I spoke with a manager there and basically made an excuse to side with the finance manager, which was expected. I felt like someone slapped me in the face. They just lost a customer. Now we plan to go back to Gwinnett Place Ford where we should have went in the first place because they will stick to their word. More
