Bill, and the rest of the employees, seemed to actually care about getting me what I wanted for a good deal. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and financing. Highly recommend this dealership. Bill also went above and beyond when I realized I had left some personal belongings in the car I traded in, he responded to me in minutes and ensured he would personally mail me the belongings as soon as he could. Worst car service experience ever!!!! I brought my Ford Fusion in to check on a transmission issue on Thursday May 3rd. I asked how long the diagnostic would take and I was told 1 day may I brought my Ford Fusion in to check on a transmission issue on Thursday May 3rd. I asked how long the diagnostic would take and I was told 1 day maybe 2 at the most. I rented a car, since my car was out of warranty and my insurance did not cover it. I came by Saturday, and nothing was checked. I came by Monday and nothing was checked, and I was directed to speak with the dispatcher and stated my concerns on being told twice that the diagnostic should have been completed no later than Saturday. He stated that they would have have it completed by Tuesday. I asked if they could help with the rental car or diagnostic price and he said NO!!! When I came back the next day, they said they could fix it for $5600.00 It also stated that the car needed a rear cv axle for $805.00. I stated that the car has a book value of $4500.00 I also noticed that my new rear tire was extremely low which was not the case when I brought the car in. The tire got a nail in it there. I took the car to A.C. Delco in Doraville. They could fix the car for $3800.00 with a free cv axle. Be very careful when going into this dealership/con shop. By the way, this is the first negative review that I have ever given to a dealership.---Congratulations!!! More

There's no difference, the overall process is the same. My salesperson was no different than the Luxury salespeople, somewhat more pleasant and understanding. Bill Plachter, my salesperson made sure he understood what was important to me and made sure he understood why those things were important to me. For those two important reasons, I picked Bill over other Ford dealers. He put my needs and desires ahead of everything else. I will always send my friends and family members to Bill. More

I was very pleased with most all aspects of the purchase. The paperwork with Finance phase does need a bit of refining. But, overall, the sales team did a very nice job of helping select the Explorer and explain all the features of the vehicle. I would recommend them to friends. More

Used vehicle purchase and service on another car Recently, I was searching for a used vehicle to replace a vehicle I was selling. This would be a car I would drive a few times a week, and I had a s Recently, I was searching for a used vehicle to replace a vehicle I was selling. This would be a car I would drive a few times a week, and I had a specific type and style car in mind. Upon doing research, I came across the car I was looking for at a very competitive price. I made an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle. JR Ramos was very professional, and made me feel at ease, and under no pressure. I was allowed not only to test drive the vehicle, but to also take it to my mechanic to verify it's usability. And after I had gotten to the dealership, I realized the car I drove there (a mustang) needed recall repairs. JR helped me set up an appointment while I was on my test drive, and even took my car to the repair shop for me. He seemed concerned with my satisfaction, and made the car purchase (and I actually dislike the purchase process in general) fairly pleasant. He even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle and the process of making the purchase. I've red some bad reviews on this dealership, but I never experienced any of the problems others noted. The only thing that kept me from rating everything a 5 was a slight issue with the service department (nothing major). More

Fraud, theft by deception Brought my truck in 03/18, 06/18 they charged me over $160 for check up. My truck wouldn't start. They claim my brakes, battery, tires were good. NIGHTMARE Worst service experience I have had with a dealer in Atlanta. As I was pulling in to the garage, they closed the garage door on top of my truck, damag Worst service experience I have had with a dealer in Atlanta. As I was pulling in to the garage, they closed the garage door on top of my truck, damaging the roof, and breaking the back window trim. They then proceeded to point fingers at each other, and me, in order to assess blame. They finally agreed to repair it, and I reluctantly left it there. It then took them three days to get back to me with any pricing for the work I had requested. When they finally did, I was shocked at their pricing. I told them to fix the damage they had done, and that I would come and pick it up. I arrived to find out that they had repaired the window trim, but left the obvious dent and severe scratches on my hood. When I pointed it out, they said that they would contact me with a time to bring it back in to do the repairs. They never did. Long story short, I then took my truck in to a very good local mechanic who preformed the work for less than half the amount that Hennessey quoted me. I would rather live with the damage they did to my truck, than ever consider going back there. Beware. More
