My service advisor Josh was amazing and explained everything in detail. Check in and check out were very easy and they even washed my vehicle when done. The GM, Dennis, wanted to gaslight me today and make me feel as if I'm the only one to ever complain about them. Wow. I bought a brand new 2025 Lincoln nautilus from here. 20 miles down the road and notic feel as if I'm the only one to ever complain about them. Wow. I bought a brand new 2025 Lincoln nautilus from here. 20 miles down the road and noticed a problem with the rotors. And for 5 months, l've been begging them to fix the problem. Even though I have warranty, they've have delayed and delayed. Andrew (sales manager) was attentive to the problem and assured me he would get this fixed even if it meant trading out my vehicle. I have text messages from him to prove this. But every time we spoke, he asked if l'd go ahead and do the survey and give him good scores because it gets him a bonus. The second I hit send on the survey, GHOSTED. Never heard from Andrew again. I have begged Dennis (GM) to reach out. Today, five months after this originally happened, I get a call. Rude. Arrogant. And straight gaslighting about the problem. It ended with "well I guess we don't know how to help and maybe another dealership can..." This is crazy. You spend $60,000 and then the second you sign, they are nowhere to be found. STAY AWAY from this dealership. If the leadership is this weak, just imagine how the overall experience will be. More
