Just the facts: On 09/14/24 I bought a 2022 Mustang GT convertible from Hennesy Ford Lincoln Atlanta. Per their description it is a Ford Blue Advantage certified vehicle. I paid for extra for extended ser convertible from Hennesy Ford Lincoln Atlanta. Per their description it is a Ford Blue Advantage certified vehicle. I paid for extra for extended service warranty, which supposedly covers a myriad of things - we'll see when it is time to collect. At the time, the car could not be delivered because it has not yet been in-processed by the dealership. However, they agreed to have it ready and delivered by the following Tuesday 9/17. Inspection of the car showed: - a large visible scratch on the driver-side rear view mirror - various other minor dings and scratches - no floor mats or carpets - needed to be washed & cleaned - no second key fob This was documented as items owed and salesperson committed to correct this before delivery. 9/17: Car delivered: Carpets on order and would have to return to get key fob programmed at a day the technician was available at the dealership. I pointed out that scratches had not been fixed. Again, salesman promised that he would take care of everything and he would let me know to bring the car back to the dealership. 10/01: Salesperson contacted me to schedule a day to get the paint fixed - Friday 10/04. 10/04: Took car in and worked remote from the dealership. Later was informed that the body repair shop was short staffed and wouldn't be able to fix the paint. But, got the 2nd key fob programmed and mats installed. Salesperson agreed to come pick up the car on Tuesday 10/8 and take care of the paint issues. 10/08: Salesperson came around 10 and took the car, leaving his own personal vehicle - no keys. Later that evening his sales manager called to inform me that they needed to keep the car for a couple days, that the paint process would take longer to get it done right and that he would send a loaner ('23 Ford Explorer). ** Note: all along I am the one reaching out to them for status and getting quite a bit frustrated. 10/15: I have not yet heard back from from Hennessy Ford. I called/texted and left message. Later in the evening I received call from sales manager to let me know the car would be ready by Friday 10/17. However, I had to be out of town until Monday and to deliver the car on Tuesday 10/22. 10/21: No word from dealership. 10/22: As of 4:15pm I have not received any feedback from Hennessy. I have called and left a message on manager's cell phone. Also called the dealership twice and on both occasions it went to voicemail. At this point, I called Ford Customer Relationship Center and opened case # to report the situation and express how very frustrating this whole experience has been. The agent contacted the dealership and told me that the car is ready. Shortly after, the sales manager called to ask when would I be picking it up the car. I expressed that it was supposed to be delivered to me and for them to take the loaner back. He was not aware of that and was going to try to make arrangements for someone to deliver it. He also asked if I had received the car tag in the mail. No I have not. Then another call, he mentioned that DMV had approved the tag and was sent on 10/12. It is now 10/22, 6:10p - have not heard anything else. Needless to say ... I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this dealership. Too bad I did not read reviews here before I decided to buy a car from them. They are IMO pathetic! 10/22 7:15pm - car was delivered. New coat of wax as an attempt to cover the scratches, which are still there. Not only that, but now it is missing the mats! At 8:08 the sales manager called to apologize for everything I was going through with them. I told him that I would hire a shop to do the repairs properly. 10/23 12:30pm - received the tag, so went and put it on the car and decided to remove the plastic from the floor mats. To my surprise, No mats! They kept the mats! More

Never have experienced such issues with the service center as I have with Hennessy Ford. My car has set at the lot aince June 14th waiting for a diagnostic test. Apparently my car must be parked in the lot in order to save a place in the magic queue to hold its place in line. If you need to get your car for an appointment, you lose your place in line. They can’t give you an idea of when the diagnostic test will be done but they certainly sell you hard on their service packages when purchasing your car. Don’t waste your time or money with Hennessy Ford. They are awful. Try Wade Ford instead. More

My mom was trying to trade in her 2017 Lincoln which was being valued at $10,900-$13,000 the average dealer purchases falling at $12,500. via KBB/Carmax. This dealer wanted to give $10,000 flat. My mom was trying to understand and get a better rate than the lowball they were giving her and Crystal was extremely rude and combative even hanging up in my mother’s face. Strike1 Now the manager Andrew. This dealer has been soliciting my mother to trade in her car via email and postal mail. Andrew calls my mom back and tells her to come in person so he can make a “fair” offer. He was super condescending and egotistical. Let’s review facts. My mother’s car has brand new tires, windshield wipers, up to date oil changes, and a new engine this dealer installed because of a recall. The only problem dry is my mom has a small cut in the seam of her passenger seat. And a few small stains in the upholstery. Nothing a small detailing can’t fix. This man tells my mom well now that I’ve seen the car it’s $8,000 but I am willing to maintain the $10,000 for your sake. Then blatantly tells my mom to take her car to carmax and the only way he will give a better deal is if carmax offers it first. My mom’s response was well at that point I might as well give carmax the sale and he replied “yup you should just go to carmax.” They never worked the deal ran any numbers or attempted to work with my mom to sale a car. It’s almost laughable because my was is pre approved with Capital One up to $53,000 as well as the Lincoln Credit finance. My mom was so offended and hurt leaving here because she felt she was treated less than and unfortunately it read a little discriminatory/bias. As he was super nice and helpful to the other family shopping there who left without a car. My mom came to leave with a car today and her time was wasted. It is important to note that Andrew has done this to my mother before about a year ago. It’s unfortunate because when my mom got her 2017 5 years ago the young man they had was amazing and even helped after my mom purchased the car. He was promoted to the ford sales manager. All in all these unprofessional bias employees have tainted my mother’s view of Lincoln as a whole so this dealer has lost a returning customer who pays her bills on time and has the cash to spend. This company likes to play games and you will lose if you deal with them. From sales to service I have been taken advantage of financially. So, I recently went in to cancel my maintenance agreement with them and to get my money back because I traded the vehicle somewhere else. I purchased the top maintenance package from them and they are refunding me the basic maintenance package. When I called to complete this transaction they took my name and number and said the "man" that handled it would call me back. I never got a phone call so 2 weeks later, I brought my new sale paperwork and my payoff from Ford into them and was told the "woman that handles this was off" ok when will she be back "I dont know" So then I have to go all Karen on them after waiting patiently for 30 minutes to speak to a manager and find out why the receptionist didnt know "when" the person I needed would be in. I latch onto sales manager who tells me the girl in the front is new and didnt know better. He takes me to the Finance Manager who says he can fix it for me. Now during this process he is playing with buttons on the computer I cant see. I'm pretty sure he selected the "basic" maintenance package to refund when I purchased the "premium" maintenance package. They misdirect blame and then make you think they are doing everything they can when in actuality they are just placating you into thinking they are helping. After my dealing with them from getting up and walking out during the the purchase sales portion and them stopping me and magically being able to get the terms where I wanted them, to then be taken into the finance dept where they change all the numbers around that you talked about with sales and then selling you maintenance packages that arent worth the money, to the service departments slow as molasses work ethic, to this new issue which by the way they dont TELL you when you purchase a vehicle and buy a maintenance package on it, that if you trade in the vehicle and the account is paid off from that transaction, they have to refund your service maintenance package I only found this out from a reputable Ford Dealership, not Hennessy. Just another of the ugly mis-directions this company uses. If I were you and you are looking at possibly working with these people, do more research because you will regret your dealings with Hennessey. More
We were looking for a specific Ford Escape to replace one that had been totaled out. My wife was very attached to her Escape, and I knew it was going to be difficult to get her a replacement. Hennessy had that had been totaled out. My wife was very attached to her Escape, and I knew it was going to be difficult to get her a replacement. Hennessy had the only Escape within 100 miles, which was a close match for her car. We got to the dealership until about 30 minutes before closing. Carl Lane and his team spent 3 hours with us making sure everything was correct on the Escape. We left with a car that helped ease the blow of getting our other Escape totaled out. We are very happy with our decision to use Hennessy Ford. More

I had my car towed into the location the night before for a 7 am appointment. I had to call them around 10 to figure out what was happening. At first, they claimed they didn't have my car at all on the lot so then I had to call the tow man to confirm he dropped it off. No one called to say they found my car, I had to call several times to find the person who had my key. At this point, its 1 pm and I finally got in contact with my service agent and nothing had been done to the car. My service agent Terrion Crooks claims he was given the key this morning but didn't work on it or pass it to another agent who could begin my service. Instead, he told me he had other people ahead of me. Again my appointment was at 7 am and now it's 2 pm, and still no services were provided. DO NOT COME TO FORD HENNESSY. DON'T DO IT! WORSE LOCATION EVER!! More
