Dishonest. I agreed to buy the car and they agreed to sell it to me. NEW car with front/rear bumper damage (no disclosure) We purchased a New 2019 Cadillac Escalade from Hennessy Cadillac on 6/8/19, and a couple of days after we discovered it was involved in some type of c We purchased a New 2019 Cadillac Escalade from Hennessy Cadillac on 6/8/19, and a couple of days after we discovered it was involved in some type of collision BEFORE we took ownership. This was never disclosed to us. Another Cadillac dealership pointed out the front and back bumper were repainted, both bumpers had misalignments, front grill had a small scratch, and back bumper was bent. The damages were not easily recognizable the day we purchased it, it was getting dark and it was raining, we did complained about the backdoor getting stuck, but their service department had closed that Saturday after 5pm, and the salesperson advised us to take it to our local dealership on Monday, that it was probably something minor (later on we discovered the door wasn't opening because the back bumper was bent). The dealer says they have no records of any accident, yet some of the defects are visible in the pictures we received from the sales rep. during the internet negotiations. We wish we would have looked in detail for damages in those pictures, but at that time we never expected a brand new car to be involved in a collision, without a disclosure. We shared all this information with our local dealership, and they were able to get the local Cadillac rep to pay for the repairs at our local dealer, unfortunately it is obvious the car is not in original condition, some of the misalignments are still there, and they were not able to match the color to the original white. On top of all that, the body shop informed us the car now will have a CarFacts report, which will make the resale value even lower. Hennessy Cadillac's general manager has been informed of all the problems via emails, but has not helped us at all. He said he had reported the issue to Cadillac, and that the vehicle was covered under the paint warranty, that I had to contact my local dealership for the repairs. (Something that upset us a lot, because we purchased, and paid, for a NEW car, not a used car that needed repairs, and a CarFacts report). That was 2 months ago and I haven't heard back from the GM or any other Hennessy representative ever since. Another discrepancy we noticed after the fact is the sale paperwork shows the vehicle as having 4 miles at the time of the purchase, and the pictures we received show 414 miles during the negotiations, meaning we were also cheated of about 400 miles of warrantee. We are extremely dissatisfied with the purchase. Hennessey Cadillac's customer service is HORRIBLE. We are seriously considering getting legal help. More
