Horrible customer service, the sales person Matthew Thopre I worked with told me via text message that he would hold the vehicle I was looking at while my credit app was being processed. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission (i agreed to one credit pull) and then sold the car all before communicating to me my approval. One of the finance managers Katy Franks, hung up on me because she didn't do her job. The multiple times that I called in for updates she would always say the short staffing is the reason for the lack of communication. Im not upset about them selling the car, it's the disrespect and lack of professionalism. I reached out the the general manager Josh Jones to speak to him about what occurred but he never returned my call. More
