Matthew claimed she was just coming in for a possible test drive and that I didn’t ask him to hold it. That of course didn’t stop them from offering her a higher mileage more expensive vehicle! More

Can I review a salesman? Joe was wonderful. He was straightforward and professional. He gets five stars. However, when it came time to sign the deal we noted a 400-dollar fee Joe was wonderful. He was straightforward and professional. He gets five stars. However, when it came time to sign the deal we noted a 400-dollar fee for Apex protection and 800 dollar doc fee. The finance guy told us these were non negotiable fees. We did not want this Apex service. When we threatened to leave all of a sudden, these fees became negotiable. I don't appreciate a lack of integrity in business. I also didn't appreciate the flash of anger from the finance guy as he "reminded me" I had these figures prior to coming to Atlanta. Except- we didn't. The contract was texted to us as we drove. I did text back asking for these fees to be removed with no response. We literally went to dinner close by and got a call from the salesman offering more money off the fees we didn't want. Because-game. So after dinner we bought a car online from Cavana. Better deal, better car, no hidden fees and no unprofessional finance guy with a total lack of integrity. More

Please do not waste your time with this dealership especially the service department!!! Bought a 2018 XT5 in January, working with salesman Joey! I literally had to take this car back 5 times for the especially the service department!!! Bought a 2018 XT5 in January, working with salesman Joey! I literally had to take this car back 5 times for the same issue.. Brakes and inoperable sunroof. Each time I was told the problem was resolved. The car still shakes when stopping.. now I’m told I need Rotors! I was told this was a common problems with “ those type of cars”. Within 4 months two sunroof motors installed. I truly believe this car was a recent trade without the proper inspection and I was just throw into this deal. They so convincing by giving you a carfax report. Please by pass this place! Looking to trade… don’t care to be a Cadillac owner. A brand that I once loved! More
