Warranty repairs I went in for a water pump repair which is under warranty and got stuck for an additional 450.00 in an attachment part that was not part of the warr I went in for a water pump repair which is under warranty and got stuck for an additional 450.00 in an attachment part that was not part of the warranty coverage. the loaner car was provided on day three of repair. In the end I was out 700 dollars for this. Needless to say I took this Chevy and sold it the next day and will never do service with Henna Chevrolet again. Thanks for the sorry service. More

First new car in 20 yrs I began searching for a new Tahoe about 2 months ago. We have not purchased a new car in almost 20 yrs and wanted it to be a good, easy, fast experien I began searching for a new Tahoe about 2 months ago. We have not purchased a new car in almost 20 yrs and wanted it to be a good, easy, fast experience. After finding a few of the new 2021 Tahoes' to look at we started our 'dealer trips', to actually see, touch, drive the cars we were interested in. Henna Chevrolet made our wished come true. I was contacted by their internet manager via email, then text. I went over what we wanted, what our trade was, and explained that we needed a fast easy deal with our finances in the forefront. Henna had a specific vehicle that we were very interested in. I contacted the manager (Mario), and asked to hold the vehicle as we were on the way. He gave me the name of our salesman, Anthony Busey, who met us at the door. He already had the SUV in getting prepped. We talked over our expectations as to our trade in value, the sale price of the new Tahoe, and how long it would take. After getting all our basic information, DL #'s, etc, the vehicle was ready for the test drive. It only took one short drive to convince us, this was the car for us! Anthony had our trade valued in less than 20 min, to a price we all agreed was fair, had the 'final' numbers crunched and we were in front of the finance manager in no time. In less than 2 hours, we were driving home, happy with our new Henna Tahoe. The dealership itself was clean, quiet, reserved, professional, and safe. Yes safe in the Covid 19 way with all tables and chairs distanced, all employees and patrons masked. We felt right at home. More

My service writer (with mask on) waved and said he would call me. When the service was complete, he called and I paid the bill over the phone. My truck was sanitized and waiting out front for me when I arrived. More
