I was very disappointed in the customer service when I brought in my car. It started good when I dropped my car off on a Thursday. They signed me up for a text service and told me they might not be able t brought in my car. It started good when I dropped my car off on a Thursday. They signed me up for a text service and told me they might not be able to get into the car until Monday. I should have asked whuch Monday! I got the original text to sign me up, but they never responded to any of my texts. After 5 business day I gave up on texting and called and I was told I would get a call back. I didnt. I got a text saying they were looking at it now and will call after. 2 business days later I left a message with the service manager. Still no call back. The next day I called again...still no text...still no call back. Then I was told what was wrong. I asked if it is covered by my warranty. They didnt know and would call me back. 2 days later a different person asked if they should order my parts....I asked about the warranty and this person had no idea and didnt know I asked...I told them to order the parts but please let me know. They told me my car "should" be ready in 2 days. 3 days later I called them...still no calls....still no texts. And they had my car done, but still no warranty info. When I came to get my car, 14 bussiness days after I turned it in, they FINALLY called my previous dealership and got warrenty info. The car got fixed, but customer service and communication was lacking. We will be finding a different service shop. More
