When we called about screen door, Jarred checked but told us it wouldn't be fixed by Henkel even though you are repairing the broken side window. Your dealership should have discovered the screen door problem when checking over the vehicle. Hey, we paid cash! . Also, it was disappointing that you didn't provide owners manuals for the Coachmen equiptment on the interior, but, at least, Jarred was able to provide an email address where we could download digital copies.
