When we called about screen door, Jarred checked but told us it wouldn't be fixed by Henkel even though you are repairing the broken side window. Your dealership should have discovered the screen door problem when checking over the vehicle. Hey, we paid cash! . Also, it was disappointing that you didn't provide owners manuals for the Coachmen equiptment on the interior, but, at least, Jarred was able to provide an email address where we could download digital copies. Also, we were unable to view the condition of the awning even though we asked repeatedly. We plan to see it and learn how it operates when in for the window repair next week. More
