The wife attempted to schedule an appointment for her Henkel Jeep Chrysler Battle Creek, MI Very dissatisfied with current Service Department. The wife attempted to schedule an appointment for her 2015 Grand Cherokee relating to the air bag warning light, as well as an oil change. Henkel Service advised that they were too busy to address the air bag issue and said it would be at least A MONTH! They did however, schedule the oil change! On 12 April 2021 she took the vehicle in for the scheduled oil change and again asked about why the delay for a safety issue (air bag light). She was again advised that their Service Department was fully booked with general service requests. I would hope that a safety related problem might take precedence over their multitude of general repair appointments, but alas, they don’t seem to agree. And yes, our vehicles were obtained from Henkel. As an aside, we contacted Cole Chrysler Jeep in Marshall, Michigan and had the appointment scheduled for three days from today!
