Henkel Jeep ChryslerBattle Creek, MIVery dissatisfied Henkel Jeep Chrysler Battle Creek, MI Very dissatisfied with current Service Department. The wife attempted to schedule an appointment for her Henkel Jeep Chrysler Battle Creek, MI Very dissatisfied with current Service Department. The wife attempted to schedule an appointment for her 2015 Grand Cherokee relating to the air bag warning light, as well as an oil change. Henkel Service advised that they were too busy to address the air bag issue and said it would be at least A MONTH! They did however, schedule the oil change! On 12 April 2021 she took the vehicle in for the scheduled oil change and again asked about why the delay for a safety issue (air bag light). She was again advised that their Service Department was fully booked with general service requests. I would hope that a safety related problem might take precedence over their multitude of general repair appointments, but alas, they don’t seem to agree. And yes, our vehicles were obtained from Henkel. As an aside, we contacted Cole Chrysler Jeep in Marshall, Michigan and had the appointment scheduled for three days from today! Last month I purchased my fourth vehicle from Henkel Auto Group. I found them a couple of years ago and was very happy with my first vehicle. My latest vehicle, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee is amazing. Three of t Group. I found them a couple of years ago and was very happy with my first vehicle. My latest vehicle, a 2019 Jeep Cherokee is amazing. Three of the four vehicles I bought were "buybacks." If you understand what you are buying and no expectations of grandeur you will not be unhappy. All of the FCA Chrysler buybacks come with a full 12-month Unlimited-mileage warranty just like the car was on mile zero. I've had zero issues with any of my cars. Henkel goes above and beyond to make me want to do business with them. I travel from Florida to Michigan to get the cars. More

Dishonest Tried to buy a truck as advertised on two of there web sites drove up there and they would not honor price as advertised. Salesman brought up web site on his computer and admitted that it was the advertised price but they still would not honor price. Had my own financing. They tried to charge me $4000 more. Very dishonest to do this to people. More
