Drove 1. 5hr to look at a used truck. Web site at the time said they closed at 4:00 p.m. We got to the dealer ship at 3:00 p.m. I was able to walk around the t 5hr to look at a used truck. Web site at the time said they closed at 4:00 p.m. We got to the dealer ship at 3:00 p.m. I was able to walk around the truck a few time look through it before finally a sales guy comes up to me and hands a card and says sorry we are closed you will have to come back. Say's I could come back on Sunday to drive the truck but would not be able to sell it. I told him that I had just drove 1.5hr he didn't care. This was on the last day of the month for them to get another sale for the month. Will be telling everyone not to deal with this dealer ship. This is the Battle Creek/ Springfield location. More
