I finally found the vehicle I wanted with the color and transmission options I was looking for and attempted to place a reserve on it (it was In Transit) via the FCA website, but my tablet locked-up during transmission options I was looking for and attempted to place a reserve on it (it was In Transit) via the FCA website, but my tablet locked-up during the final step. I called Henkel and worked with Dan and their Internet Salesperson(I'm sorry, I don't recall the name) and they were very helpful in securing my reservation. Dan was very diligent in keeping me informed as to the delivery date and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When the purchase day arrived everything went very smoothly, they worked with my preferred Credit Union for the financing and all the details were explained fully and to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Henkel, they have earned my repeat business when the time comes! More
