My sales man was Sam A. I have emailed and called him several times. As well as emailed Sean to have Sam call me back. We never received the tools that are supposed to come with the Jeep the takes off the doors and the top, that Sam said he would gef for us. And we are missing a cover rhat covers a harnness on the drivers side rear door electrical harness. I sent pics to Sam and he has not responded to several emails or calls. I have even asked him to just he Get me a part number so i can order the part and pay for it myself. Apparently once we signed the papers they do not full fill there obligations. We live 2 hours from the dealership so i can't just stop by. More
