I bought a 2023 Dodge Hornet on 01/13/2025. Within two weeks of owning the car I had to jump it twice as the car was completely dead. The sunroof no longer opens, the screen, and gauge clusters Within two weeks of owning the car I had to jump it twice as the car was completely dead. The sunroof no longer opens, the screen, and gauge clusters will turn off randomly. The buttons on the steering wheel will stop working, so I am unable to change songs, change volume, or set cruise control etc. The car also has shut off completely (not auto start) while driving or idling. The gas door decides when or not to open and close. The security system is triggered by a leaf blowing in the wind leaving the car with the light immobilizer fail. I have had the car for almost 2 months and it has already cause me more issues than the 22 year old care I traded in. I could look past the cosmetic issues on the car but the mechanic/electrical issues are another story. I should not have to worry if my 2023 is going to die on me while driving home from work, especially not for what I paid. More
