Bryce was professional, courteous and even went above and beyond coming in early on a Sunday when I was available. We as a company do a lot of work for Henkel and the other dealerships on this strip of dickm beyond coming in early on a Sunday when I was available. I would not even give One Star for this Dealership for the way i was treated • INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER ADDRESSAL After making the Final deal on sept 24th 2020 with sales rep Bryce and giving $1500 as d the way i was treated • INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER ADDRESSAL After making the Final deal on sept 24th 2020 with sales rep Bryce and giving $1500 as deposit, I asked how could I make the payment for the vehicle, they said I can make payments with cashier’s check. When I asked them if I could make multiple cashier check payments, they said that they cannot take the check they feel that I am some kind of suspicious person, and that it makes them nervous. Then they insisted me to wire the money to them. Since wire transfer costs me extra money as charges, • On Sept 24th I visited my Bank and talked to My bank Manager and requested her for the wire transfer help that time she said they do this by appointment only due to COVID 19, as less workers present, and bank is out for few days for wire transfer. Then I right away called my sales rep and said they are out for few days again requested if I could bring one single cashier check. He refused outright and kept telling he is not feeling comfortable and asked me to withdraw cash and bring it in for payment. After that I asked my sales rep to talk to my bank manger directly, He talked to the Bank Manager very badly, and started telling her he feels very nervous and suspicious about this transaction. Prior to all this I have texted my sales rep at the dealership, all my bank statements. Still he did not believe me. Finally I got the money wired with the help of my Bank Manager • ODOMETER FRAUD The car I purchased, listed at Henkel for $39999 as mentioned on their web as used car, and odometer reading as advertised to be 1782 miles per the purchase deal on sept 24th 2020. The same is mentioned on the Purchase order but when I was taking the delivery of the vehicle, the odometer showed an excess of 159 miles from what it initially showed. (1941 miles when I took delivery). I asked my sales person Bryce about this during taking delivery of said vehicle and I was told by Bryce that they drive these additional miles to test the car. This does not seem to make sense to me at all, and I feel that I have been cheated. This is totally unbecoming, of professionalism, and Unethical conduct. INADEQUATE DOCUMENTATION HANDED OVER TO CUSTOMER • After signing the documents, he said let me show it to my manger and give you all copies and wrapped in envelop and said I am all set. He did not even bother to show me features of the vehicle. I chose this particular vehicle because it had all the features I specifically wanted. It is the duty of any dealership to do so at the time of vehicle delivery. • After I reached back home safe, I opened the envelope given from dealership, and noticed that the sales representative took only my Signature there is no counter signature from the showroom Manager/agent from dealership. I called the dealership manager and asked him to please send me a scanned copy of all documents once manager/agent signature done he simply said our deal was over and car is yours we will not send any documents by email, and we are done. My personal Addressable statements to all future customers from this dealership: 1. Please be very careful that all the documentations required for the sale of your purchased vehicle , is fully signed , and that there are no pending paperwork that would be necessary for them to provide you later. 2. Please dont expect any courtesy from these people at this particular dealership , in terms of treating you with respect , or talking to you politely or even demonstrating the details of the vehicle , and it s features during the time of vehicle delivery. 3. Conclusively, i would like to say , please do not give this dealer any business , from your hard earned money. More
Great Experience I saw a vehicle that the Henkel Auto Group had posted and that caught my interest. I called to check to see if it was still on the lot. Morgan answered my call and was very helpful and polite to make sure my 2 hour drive was for nothing.. Garrett Miller was assigned as my salesperson. He called me before my arrival to see if I had any questions. Upon my arrival Garrett came out and greeted me. I found him to be very upbeat, polite, and very knowledgeable about numerous makes and models of vehicles. While on the test drive I found Garrett very interesting to talk with as he guided my turns with precision and politeness. Afterwards, I bought the car. The dealership went the extra mile from delivering my car, to the paperwork, and finishing the deal. I will be looking at the Henkel Auto Group in the near future as my next purchase will be a truck. More
