We’re driving across the country in our brand new Volvo XC90 and kept getting a tire pressure warning, which is the last thing you want to have to deal with at home, but especially on a drive like this. We were headed to Charleston, SC for a couple of days and, on the way into town, we searched for a local Volvo dealership. As luck would have it, we did find one. It was Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston. We pulled in to a bright and clean sales room and immediately went to the service department. We met Bryce Salyers who showed amazing patience with some of the uninformed questions I started asking. Questions which could only come from a “brand new owner.” It turned out that the low tire pressure reading for the left front tire was the result of a large nail imbedded Into it. My first reaction was appreciation for the accuracy of that tire pressure sensing device which came with the car.. Bryce said he’d be happy to get us set up for service right away, understanding how we must have felt with a good deal of distance ahead of us on the drive. I knew we were in good hands and my wife and I took an Uber for the remaining two miles and checked into the hotel. As promised, a couple of hours later Hendrick called and Bryce said the tire was definitely fixable and we didn’t have to purchase a new one. Great news. Took the Uber ride back to pick up the car and, after thanking him and a couple of other service department staff, drove into Charleston to begin our visit. I can’t really emphasize how quickly we were put to ease by him and the staff when we first drove in. I just hope (and, I’m sure we will) receive the same great service when we complete our drive and get back to Boston. Nice job Hendrick. More

One of my Volvo's had an issue with the infotainment center while I was driving. It was 12:30pm, I immediately went to the service department at Hendrick Volvo and spoke with my usual Service Advisor Ro center while I was driving.
