We were able to schedule an appointment within the week with Hendrick. Our assigned technician effectively and efficiently identified the problem and replaced the faulty part. Ronnie Odegaard , our Service Adviser, kept us informed, clearly explaining the issue, advising us as to cost, and advising us of the estimated time to make the repair. Ronnie and his team from the technician to the administrative staff were courteous, professional and helpful. We would highly recommend their service department. KMC More

Ive been looking at Volvos for several years now, and after relocating from the PNW back to the beach for Military assignment, it was time for a new car!
