Dear Sheila, Given the circumstances and numerous negative experiences that my wife and I endured, in the future, we will not purchase another vehicle from Volvo of Charleston or any Rick Hendricks dealership. The reason for this decision is due to the lack of professionalism exhibited on numerous occasions by the dealership and its managment and executive management. Furthermore, at this point we are reluctant to purchase a Volvo from one of Rick Hendrick's competitors because we have significant concerns about the quality of Volvo. Per Don Smith (GM, Volvo of Charleston), he stated that the issue we encountered was "the nature and characteristics of the vehicle, which can not be fixed." Thanks, Weldon Pundt
