I went with my step-dad to look at a brand new 2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn that we had seen on Autotrader.com. We met Carson Henry of Hendrick Volkswagen who was more than happy to let us test drive a 2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI with the lighting package and SE trim with the DSG dual clutch automatic transmission. Carson even asked "would you like the drive the manual or automatic transmission?" I've never been asked that before at a dealership as they all assume since I am a 16 year old that I want to drive the automatic. Everyone at the dealership were kind and polite, as I was also. I had lots of questions to ask Carson to which he would answer to the best of his ability. I had done my research before I went to the dealership so I was able to talk to Carson about some things that I had learned that I had questions on. Both my step-dad and I took a turn driving the car and it was great! I highly encourage someone looking for great customer care to head over to Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord! Great place! Came to this VW because it was recommended to us by some friends and was much closer to us than the previous vw dealership we bought from before. Drove through and there was a lot of selection available in the lot, and they offered to bring in vehicles from other locations if we didn't find anything we were looking for. We decided on a pre-owned 2012 Passat, and I love it. I had a 2008 Jetta that we traded in, and once again I love my VW! Breanna was very helpful in making our decision and everyone at Hendrick VW was very friendly and helpful in helping us with our new purchase. Would definitely recommend Hendrick VW of concord !
