Above & Beyond my Expectations After having the worst experience ever while trying to purchase a used Subaru at Subaru of Concord, I went home to surf the web and found a beautiful After having the worst experience ever while trying to purchase a used Subaru at Subaru of Concord, I went home to surf the web and found a beautiful red 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth listed in the used car section of Hendrick VW's website. After numerous times being told "No" (I was a first time buyer with little credit history and a tight budget) I filled out an online credit application through their website as my last ditch effort before throwing in the towel. The car was one I had been considering for a while, and this one stuck out to me. I went into the dealership after receiving a phone call from Mishonda Adams the next day. She sent me a document, which I filled out and sent back, then set me up with an appointment to visit a sales representative. It was already late in the day, and I didn't arrive at the dealership until around 7:30. When I arrived, Kayla Jacobs greeted me at the door, explaining to me that she would be helping me and had the red Abarth brought around for me to test drive. I was already told by Mishonda that the sales manager didn't feel that he would be able to get me approved, but wanted me to stop in to weigh other options. When I told Kayla this, she assured me to have some faith in them, so we went for a drive. I fell in love with the car, and that night they were able to get me a deal that felt comfortable to me. Against all odds, they were able to get me the car I wanted at the payments I wanted when nobody else in the Charlotte area were able to deliver. I can't remember the sales manager's name, but he, Kayla, and John Cauble all stayed late that night to do paperwork with me. Kayla was even able to get my co-signer's information over the phone and have everything finalized that same night. John also sent me paperwork for which I could have the other titleholder sign off on my trade-in. I was elated all night, and never once pressured into any decisions I was making. The Sales Manager I dealt with even came out to speak with me himself, and everyone were the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The next morning I had my co-signer with me and we finished signing the last bit of paperwork, and I took delivery at 3 pm with a fresh wash and a full tank of gas. I even got to meet the service technicians, and was given the window sticker, a full service history, and many other goodies. They also explained to me in detail everything to expect and what sort of maintenance the car would need. I was completely comfortable the whole time, and there wasn't a question left they didn't answer for me. I've been driving the car (which I named "Christina") for about 2 weeks with nothing but happiness the whole way. I would recommend anyone, ANYONE, to give them a chance and see how they go far beyond your wildest expectations. Against all the odds, the team at Hendrick Volkswagen delivered. Pleasant Buying Experience I came into this dealership not really know what I wanted specifically in a car. All I knew was that I wanted something a little more sporty than my ' I came into this dealership not really know what I wanted specifically in a car. All I knew was that I wanted something a little more sporty than my '05 Honda Accord. I got brought to Mike and told him what I was looking for. "Sporty/sedan-ish car 250+ HP, stick and below 30k." were my requirements. Without even touching his computer Mike told me he already had a car for me. He took me outside to look at a 2012 VW Golf R. Comes stock 256 hp and it's a stick. Take the car for a spin and fell in love with it, especially with a price tag around 23k. After a few discussions and negotiation I ended up buying the car and I'm still in love with it. Mike even stayed 3 hours past his shift to make sure everything went okay. Mike was a great salesman, he was personable, well knowledged, and just an all around good person. He got me the car I wanted and stuck several thousand below what I said my max was. Never once did he try to push something at or above my max price. Mike also calls me every once in a while to make sure that I'm still satisfied and updates me on any events that they are having. All in all Mike is a great salesman and great person and I would definitely refer a friend to him. More

I just had no idea it would be on the show room floor. My husband darted off in a different direction and my eyes locked in on this super red convertible Volkswagen Beetle. At this point, the salesman (Blaze Thomas) approached me with a smile. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Beetle. He was quick to respond and listened very patiently. He made sure all of my questions were answered and the process went smoothly. I drove off a very happy customer and I have been enjoying my brand new car. More
