Amazing people I tagged along with a friend, as she knew I needed a car too, but I didn't think in a million years that I would be approved as easily as I was! And o I tagged along with a friend, as she knew I needed a car too, but I didn't think in a million years that I would be approved as easily as I was! And on top of that, getting approved with no down payment! Everyone there, most importantly BreAnna, did what they could to understand my situation and do their best to help me. Failure to give customer a call back for service request Called at 3:41 pm and was informed that all Service Advisors were busy. I requested that someone from service give me a call about the check engine Called at 3:41 pm and was informed that all Service Advisors were busy. I requested that someone from service give me a call about the check engine light on in my car. I informed the lady from the service dept that the e-vap system was the problem and that I needed to speak with a service advisor. I requested that some one call me asap about when to bring my car in for a repair. I waited over a hour and no one returned my call. After 1 hour and 19 minutes I drove to the dealership service department and saw 2 service personnel standing at their stations and no customers waiting to be serviced. I also observed only 1 vehicle parked in the service area. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Marcus and I informed him that I had called over a hour ago and no one returned my call for getting my vehicle repaired. I informed him what was going on with my car. And he informed me that I needed to make an appointment and it will cost $89.00 to check and see what was wrong with my vehicle and then I would know how long the repair will take and how much it cost to get it repaired. I informed Marcus that it would have been nice if someone had returned my call and saved me a trip from driving to the Dealership and be told that I needed an appointment and the first one available is 7am Tuesday, 09/19/2017. I arrived home and logged on and discovered that the first available appointment was available at 5:40pm Monday, 09/18/2017. This is unacceptable service and I have been having my vehicle serviced at this Dealership since moving to Charlotte 4 years ago. More
